He appeared at North Gauteng High Court this morning after a three-and-a-half year legal battle.

Pistorius will NOT appeal six year sentence
Just as Reeva’s Barry said he hoped there would be no appeal, Pistorius’ defence has just released an official statement. They have confirmed that they will not lodge an appeal. After the sentence, Pistorius was taken straight down to the cells.Reeva's father: 'I hope not to be back here again'
Reeva’s father Barry has told Sky News in a quick interview: “I hope to not be back here again.”It is understood that because of Pistorius’ financial situation following a three-year legal wrangle, he may not appeal this sentence.
