lean protein, like grilled chicken, to which she would probably add broccoli
and a salad dressed with olive oil and lemon.
When the hunger gets too much, the
star could snack on celery, pepper slices or cucumber spears dipped in hummus
and a few slices lean smoked turkey breast.
