"Even if Kanye [West] is recommended by the doctors to stay in the hospital for the foreseeable future, Kim [Kardashian] still wants him to be home for Christmas," the source tells HollywoodLife.com, "She would be happy for him to return to the hospital afterwards."
The source adds, "But Kim wants nothing more than to be with her kids and Kanye in the comfort of their own home and not in the confines of a hospital bed for Christmas. It is her current hope and frame of mind and she is looking to make it happen no matter what!"
Another insider claims that Kim feels "overwhelmed" and concerned about Kanye's relationship with their two children North and Saint West. However, she has been hesitant to bring them to visit their daddy at the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital in UCLA despite the hospital allows children to visit with adult accompaniment and patient permission.
"The kids have not visited. Kim has been there," the insider tells PEOPLE. "She is very worried about the kids being around Kanye. He's still there because clearly he's not doing well."
