Chris Brown has a big smile on his face as he has been awarded joint custody of his daughter Royalty.
The Loyal singer flew in to Houston, Texas where a judge ruled in his favour over the care of his one-year-old daughter.
Chris,
who shared a picture from the court house with his lawyer, looked very
happy after winning the case against his former lover, Nia Guzman, who
he shares his daughter with.
Guzman had asked for Chris to be given supervised visitation rights for his daughter.
But now, a judge has reportedly given both Chris and Nia split
custodial rights, with Royalty splitting her time with her parents every
four days.
Both of her parents now live in Los Angeles after Nia relocated from Texas.
Chris,
who was represented by Mark Geragos, was also told that he had to cough
up $2,500 a month in child support, which is what he’s reportedly been
paying Nia.
