Kanye West finally joins Instagram and got over half a million followers within an hour

Every moment of the Kardashian clan's lives seems to play out on our screens - whether it's on TV, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
Kanye West , rapper and husband of Kim , often appears in his wife's Insta snaps but he's avoided setting up his own - that is, until now.
Last night a verified Instagram account appeared in his name, sending Taylor Swift fans into a frenzy (he is, of course, in an ongoing feud with the pop star).

On Sunday afternoon he posted his first every Instagram picture to his followers - he's already got over half a million of them.
This is a big moment, so what's he going to choose?
Will it be a selfie with his wife? A snap with his beloved children, North and Saint? Or a photo of some Yeezy trainers?
No, this is what Kanye chose to post:
As eagle-eyed film fans have pointed out, this snap is a scene from Total Recall.
The film, which was released way back in 1990, starred Arnold Schwarzenegger as a bored construction worker in the year 2084 who dreams of visiting the colonized Mars.

2016 Emmy Award: Beyonce loses and her fans got furious

Beyonce Knowles lost her chance to win her first ever Emmy Award. Being nominated for Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special alongside Kahlil Joseph for her visual album "Lemonade", she lost it out to "Grease Live" directors Thomas Kail and Alex Rudzinski.

While Beyonce has not reacted to her loss, her fans are clearly displeased with the result. Many took to Twitter to express their disappointment at the Television Academy. "the emmys itself should have been in the in memoriam section since it disrespected beyonce," one user wrote.

"i truly do not understand how our queen and lord and savior and goddess and supreme ruler did not win. #emmys #LEMONADE," another tweep reacted. Another asked, "Why didn't @Beyonce win? I need answers! #Emmys." Some people posted scenes of Beyonce in "Lemonade" smashing car windows.

Some others took their anger on the winner, "Grease Live". " 'Stupid Grease?!??' - my 8yo Bea about Bey's loss #emmys," someone posted. Other users wrote, "Boycotting hair grease now that Grease beat Beyonce" and "we now live in a world where Grease Live beat Beyonce."
