LAPD deny investigating Brad Pitt over child abuse claims

LAPD has denied that Brad Pitt is being investigated over allegations of child abuse following shock US reports.
According to US website TMZ, the Hollywood actor was facing a probe by the Los Angeles Police Department and LA County Department of Children and Family Services over allegations he was physically and verbally abusive to his children.
The site alleged Brad, 52, was on a flight last Wednesday when he became drunk and "went wild, screaming and getting physical with the kids".
However, the LAPD have since DENIED they're investigating, and a spokesman reportedly told the Independent: “We only found out through calls this morning, we contacted divisions that would be handling it and they’ve said no."
Officer Jenny Houser told Fox News: "We are not investigating Brad Pitt for any sort of child abuse. No allegations have come to us within our jurisdiction that we're responsible [for]."
Sources close to the star told the site the actor did not commit any abuse and is taking the matter "very seriously".
The site claims Brad, Angelina and their kids landed at an airport at around 8pm, with unnamed witnesses claiming the World War Z actor continued ranting on the tarmac and tried to leave in one of the fuel trucks.
Sources alleged the incident was reported to the LA County Department of Children and Family Services and both Brad and Angelina have been interviewed as part on an ongoing routine investigation into the reports.

Well, it's pretty obvious that there isn't a season on "Game of Thrones" where no one dies, but it's always dreading to hear that one or more characters are going to die. Recently, Sophie Turner reminded us again that no one's safe in the upcoming seventh season.

"It's quite sad. It really feels like things are wrapping up and coming to an end," the actress, who plays Sansa Stark, said of filming the seventh season when met on the red carpet of Sunday's (September 18) Primetime Emmy Awards. "People are hanging around Belfast a bit longer to be around each other and be in each other's presence."

When the interviewer pointed out that there's still an eighth season, Turner cryptically responded, "We've got one more season...well, not all of us."
Asked what would happen to her character in the seventh season, Turner coyly said, "You don't really know what's going on with her this season. We're trying to figure out where her loyalties lie and you're wondering if she is going to pull through and be a true Stark or not."

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson aren't playing around anymore. After spending the past few weeks parading their romance, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star is reportedly now "full-on dating" the NBA star.

"They're taking it slow, day by day, but are having so much fun together," a source close to 32-year-old beauty told ET Online, adding that the pair already knew each other for months. They met at a party and had since talked to each other before they jetted off to Mexico together over the Labor Day weekend last month.

"It's still the honeymoon stages and they both have a huge crush on each other," the source explained and went on revealing that Tristan isn't interested in the "celeb scene" which is apparently why Khloe and her family like him very much.

"He's the nicest, sweetest guy. He comes from a very strong family and has a tight circle of close friends," the insider said. "He really isn't into the 'celeb scene' and does his own thing. He's close friends with [his Cleveland Cavaliers teammate] LeBron [James] and a couple of his teammates."

No matter how smitten Khloe is with Tristan, she's not rushing anything. "She's very happy but taking it slow and not making any rushed judgments," the source continued and added that Khloe is totally over her ex Lamar Odom.

Khloe, who filed for divorce from the former Los Angeles Lakers player for the second time earlier this year, is said to have completely moved on from him. "Lamar is out of her life completely," the source shared. "No animosity there - she still cares about him, she still wants him to be safe, but it's over."
