A single mum has revealed how she's saving her pennies from her care
worker job to buy herself lip fillers - and she loves her huge trout
pout.
Alia Byrne first got the dermal fillers injected into her lips for a 29th birthday treat.
The
30-year-old, who is devoted to her two-year-old son, says it was a
long-held ambition - and once she started, she just couldn't stop.
Now, she's had more than 6.5ml of fillers injected, splurging £250 per session, £1,625 in total.
Alia hopes to go even bigger with her lips and wants a further 1ml of
fillers injected. She's say the procedure is painful but worth it.
Although
some may feel that Alia's cosmetically enhanced lips are excessive,
Alia says that her new pout has made her happier than ever and she has
even won thousands of admirers on social media.
Devoted mum Alia
explains: "Sometimes I do get stares down the street and my mum has told
me to stop getting lip fillers. But it doesn't bother me.
"It's my life and lips and I don't care. I'm a good mum and it's the
only thing I spend my money on that's for me so I shouldn't be judged
for my enhanced lips.
"Everything I have goes to my child. I have
always lived my life for my son and getting fillers is something I've
done just for me. My new lips have given me so much confidence.
"People
say my lips are big but because I see them every day, I really don't
think they're that huge at all. I would definitely like to get more
fillers put in."
In her twenties, Alia always hated her thin lips and felt insecure about them.
She
explains: "I would look at other girls on Instagram with their big lips
and think, oh yeah, I would love to get that done but I didn't have the
confidence to get fillers.
"I was always very responsible and didn't like to spend on myself."
But after her son was born, Alia decided to indulge herself and get lip fillers.
In August 2015, Alia used the birthday money she had received to get 1ml of fillers injected.
She says: "The first time I got my lips done, I used my birthday money from my sister and mother to pay for it.
"After the treatment, I was immediately hooked! But I was disappointed that my lips weren't as big as I wanted them to be.
"So I kept going to the clinic every few months and got a further 1ml
injected every time until they were the way I wanted them to look."
Alia
has had a 6.5ml of dermal fillers injected in just under a year and she
saves up from her wages as a caretaker to pay for lip fillers.
