Miley Cyrus wouldn't tone down her sexy look even when she appears on TV show. Stopping by "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Wednesday, August 26, she almost distracted the show's host with her revealing outfit that showed a lot of skin.
Wearing a cape-like top, she didn't put on anything underneath except heart-shaped pasties to cover her nipples. Jimmy Kimmel noticed that she was "almost naked" and said he would have to focus on her while talking to her.
Asked what her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, thought about her being almost naked all the time, Cyrus said that her dad would "rather me have my tits out and be a good person... than have my shirt on and be a b***h."
