The teenage attacker who went on an axe rampage has been named by ISIS’ Amaq news agency as Muhammad Riyad.
Police have not yet confirmed his identity.
A video released by ISIS claims to show him delivering a speech in Pashto to the camera while holding a knife.
The video calls him ‘a soldier of the Islamic State who carried out the Wurzburg attack’.
The video appears to show Muhammad Riyad saying he would ‘slaughter infidels’ with the knife he holds up to the camera.
He says: "I am a soldier of the caliphate and I am going to carry out an suicide attack in Germany.
"O Kufar, the time has passed when you would come to our homeland and
kill our men, our women and our children. And your apostate rulers were
silent about these massacres.
"That time is over now. Now the Islamic Caliphate has been
established in Iraq, Al-Sham, Khorosan, Libya and Yemen and God Willing,
soldiers of the caliphate will get you.
"They will slaughter you
in your own back yard and they will live in your houses and break your
rules and take your land. We will target you in every village, every
city and every airport God Willing."
A total of 18
people were injured in the axe and knife attack - with two men from Hong
Kong and a local woman left fighting for their lives.
The axeman - who police have confirmed was a 17-year-old Afghan
national who came to Germany as a refugee last year - was shot dead
after running from the train and allegedly trying to attack police
officers.
The full horror of the attack is immediately apparent from images inside and around the blood-splattered carriages.
One image shows the floor of the train covered in blood. Other images show a small pool of blood on the train station platform.
The attack is likely to deepen worries about so-called “lone wolf” attacks in Europe.
It
could also increase political pressure on German Chancellor Angela
Merkel, who welcomed hundreds of thousands of migrants to Germany over
the past year.
Kim Kardashian
talks about race “every single day” with her family and feels strongly
about her two children – daughter North and son Saint are educated about
their heritage.
The reality star, who shares her two children
with husband Kanye West, was recently asked about her Black Lives Matter
essay that she penned for her app.
She told Elle.com how she intends to teach her children about their cultural heritage and race.
“We talk about race in America every single day in our house. The
topic really does get broached, somehow, every single day. Kanye's just
really vocal and I definitely know that our kids will grow up having a
really good sense of their different backgrounds,” she said.

“I
know Kanye is so excited to talk to them about how he grew up. As a
little kid, they don't grasp how they might be different from other
little kids. They don't understand colour, or background, and that's why
children are so amazing. But as they get older, we plan on talking to
them a lot about where they came from.”
Recalling how
North joined her for a visit back home to Armenia with Kanye and her
sister Khloe, Kim revealed that it was very important to the couple to
let their children learn about their heritage.
“I want them to know their lives matter,” she said.
“I want them to feel safe in this world. Will they? I hope so. But that depends on all of us, doesn't it?”
Earlier
this month, Kim penned an emotional essay in response to the deaths of
Alton Sterling and Philando Castile and admitted she fears for the
future of her kids, North, three, and seven-month-old Saint.
She shared: "This week we watched Alton Sterling and Philando Castile,
two innocent black men, get senselessly murdered by police officers.
Like a lot of you guys, I watched the videos, and was appalled and
completely heartbroken. I was left speechless, angry and numb.
What will my brown son's future be? What will your brown son's future be? I beg you to act NOW. Let us be heard. pic.twitter.com/1aEQ52GkPC
"I want my children to grow up knowing that their lives matter. I do
not ever want to have to teach my son to be scared of the police, or
tell him that he has to watch his back because the people we are told to
trust - the people who "protect and serve" - may not be protecting and
serving him because of the color of his skin."
And the
35-year-old television personality - who is married to Kanye West - went
on to urge people to "peacefully use the power of our voices" to make a
change.
Writing on her official website, she continued: "The last thing we need
is to fuel anger with more hate or violence, especially toward the many
incredible police officers who risk their lives every single day to
protect our families and communities.
"We must peacefully use the power of our voices and the strength of
our numbers to demand changes in the judicial system so that brutality
doesn't ever go unpunished.
"It is our responsibility as
Americans and as parents to create a safe future for our children. We
must do something NOW. We must speak up until we are heard and real,
effective changes are made.
"Alton Sterling, Philando Castile,
Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown, Eric Garner, Freddie Gray, Tamir Rice,
Sandra Bland, Sean Bell ... and unfortunately so many more. Hashtags are
not enough. This must end now."
Xavi believes that Barcelona will never be able to replace Lionel Messi when he eventually decides to call it a day.
Iconic midfielder Xavi also claims that there is "no comparison"
between the level of Messi and his long-term Ballon d'Or rival Cristiano Ronaldo.
Xavi,
who played with Messi until last summer when he decided to leave
Barcelona for Qatar, insists that nobody will ever be as good as the
little Argentinian.
He told Sport: "For me, there is no heir to
Messi. There will never be one. There will be very good footballers, but
nobody at Messi's level.
Xavi believes that while there will be
great players in years to come, nobody will win quite as many individual
awards and break the same records in years to come.
He cites his current Barcelona team-mate Neymar alongside Chelsea's
Eden Hazard as players who will become the best in the world.
But he does not think they will ever be at the same level as Messi.
He
continued: "Though now they try to sell the story of the Cristiano and
Messi battle, those of us who know football, know there is no
comparison.
"When Messi ends his career, there will be Neymar, Hazard, five or
ten players at a similar level, but none with the unquestionable
superiority of Messi."
Argentina star Messi retired from international football earlier this summer after losing out in the Copa America final for the third time in his career.
Justin Bieber already told fans he wouldn't be posing for anymore selfies, and now it seems that extents to hugs too.
The Love Yourself singer - who took to Instagram this year and insisted
he felt like a "zoo animal" when asked for pictures by eager supporters
in public - has been spotted in an awkward exchanged while out
shopping.
In
the clip shared on Twitter by user The Shady Facts, Justin can be seen
walking through a store as a girl approaches him for a hug.
He keeps walking, bluntly replying: "No."
This is coming days after Justin paused a sold-out concert in New Jersey to lecture one of his fans for giving him a gift .
Continuing to address the crowd, Justin went on a bizarre rant about the meaning of life.
"I
just wanted to take this moment to acknowledge the fact that we all
have a purpose, that we all have a meaning to life and it's not, like,
we just don't live to die. And this life is not all struggles. I know
that sometimes when we wake up in the morning, and it's like 'God
another day.'" As his speech came to an end he appeared to go
back on his apology, telling the fan: "Sorry for throwing your hat, but
you ruined the moment."
At least 26 people are dead after a tourist bus smashed into a motorway guardrail in Taiwan and exploded into flames, it is reported.
The
vehicle was travelling along an airport expressway in the island's
Taoyuan region when it crashed into the railing and caught fire .
Everyone
onboard died, including at least 24 holidaymakers, the driver and the
tour guide, according to Chinese media and officials.
Dramatic
photos of the scene show the bus parked at the side of the expressway,
surrounded by raging flames and thick black smoke.
Several men can be seen desperately trying to extinguish the blaze
with small extinguishers as they wait for firefighters to arrive.
The cause of the smash is currently unclear.
The tourists who died were on an eight-day tour organised by a travel
agency in China's northeastern province of Liaoning, officials said.
The
bus was travelling to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport at around
1pm local time (6am UK time) when it crashed, it is reported.
The vehicle burst into flames after hitting the guardrail on the No 2
national highway, according to the island's Central News Agency.

Christina Milian
had a wardrobe malfunction while enjoying her holiday on the beach in
Ibiza on Monday, July 18. The singer accidentally flashed her nipple
while playing in the water and showing off her curves in a revealing
monokini.
Milian sported minimal make-up and flaunted her ample assets as she
took a dip in the sea in the low-cut, backless one-piece. At one point,
she exposed her nipple while adjusting the top part of her risque
swimsuit.
Milian was at the beach with her rumored new lover Maggio Cipriani, who
along with his brother Ignazio is the heir to the Cipriani restaurant
family. The pair were spotted relaxing next to each other in some other
photos.
They might look like ordinary commuters, but these two men are some
of the richest in the world - and are thought to be worth more than £10
BILLION.
Keen social media user Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum took a selfie while he was sat with his father, the Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, while the pair were on the tube today.
They
obviously decided to try London's famous underground train network
instead of using one of their own cars to make their way through the
capital.

They were dressed casually rather than in their usual white robes - commonly seen in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The Crown Prince of Dubai is the second eldest son of the Ruler of Dubai and boasts more than 1.8m followers on Twitter.
The family visit the UK regularly with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid often seen at horse racing meetings.
They own a large property portfolio in the country, including the £75 million Longcross Estate in Surrey.
After posting the selfie, the pair were inundated with comments - many from football supporters begging them to buy their club.
One joker wrote: "Lend me £20m to build Grimsby town a new stadium il give you Back 20m and 1p thanks."
And another added: "Buy LUFC ( Leeds United ) while your here please (sic)."
Selena Gomez was only trying to defend her BFF Taylor Swift amid the drama surrounding Kanye West's "Famous". The former Disney darling unfortunately ended up being the one attacked on social media after she appeared to slam Kim Kardashian who leaked some videos of Swift and West discussing his controversial single over the phone.
After the clips were posted on the reality TV star's Snapchat, Gomez took to Twitter to express disappointment
over celebrities who use their voice for something unimportant. "There
are more important things to talk about... Why can't people use their
voice for something that f**king matters?" she tweeted. "Truth is last
thing we need right now is hate, in any form."
Her statement, however, didn't sit well with a lot of her followers who
then criticized her and pointed out that she herself hadn't used her
voice to speak out about various tragedies that had happened in the past
few months.
"I love you but how about you use it as well to talk about what matters?
you haven't spoke up about a lot of things," one fan wrote. "You didn't
speak up about what was going on in our world but now that Taylor is
getting dragged you come on."
"As a Texas native and a friend of Christina Grimmie, why haven't you expressed concerns about GUN CONTROL?" another said. "Oh word... did you make a comment on #blacklivesmatter yet? don't worry, we got time sis," another commenter added.
The Islamic State flag has been found in the room of an Afghan
refugee suspected of being behind the horrific axe attack on a train in
Germany.
A 17-year-old Afghan refugee is understood to have begun
shouting “Allahu Akbar” while storming the train at a station on the
outskirts of Wuerzburg, in southern Germany.
Police say that 18 are injured, while the axeman severely wounded four. He was shot dead by police shortly afterwards.
Interior
Minister Joachim Herrmann said it was too early to speculate about the
motives of the attacker, who he said was believed to have been living in
a home for unaccompanied minors in Ochsenfurt, near the city of
Wuerzburg.
Speaking to German TV this morning, he revealed the
hand-painted ISIS flag was found among the teenager’s belongings at his
room.
“The attacker appears to have been a 17-year-old Afghan who has been living in Ochsenfurt for some time,” Herrmann said.
He
suddenly attacked passengers with a knife and an axe, critically
injuring several. Some of them may now be fighting for their lives.”
Police
spokesman Fabian Hench said four people had been severely wounded and a
fourth slightly injured. Several others were treated for shock.
The attacker fled the train when it halted at a station on the outskirts of Wuerzburg.
Herrmann said the man had tried to attack police when he was confronted and had been shot dead.
German
media, citing a spokesman for the Bavarian interior ministry, reported
that the man had shouted “Allahu Akbar” during the attack, but neither
Herrmann nor Hench said they could confirm that.
“There are
witnesses that suggest there may be an Islamic background to this but
that is far from clear at this point,” Herrmann said.
