The KUWTK star has welcomed her second child three weeks early with husband Kanye West.
In a statement on her website a rep for the couple wrote today: "Kim Kardashian West and her husband, Kanye West, welcomed the arrival of their son this morning.
"Mother and son are doing well."
The reality star, who also has two-year-old daughter North, gave birth after suffering a difficult pregnancy.
Kanye's wife was due close to Christmas Day, but it's thought she brought her date forward to avoid complications.
