Frank Lampard space can never be replaced

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho insists that Cesc Fabregas has not been bought to fill the void of Frank Lampard as he believes Lampard is "irreplaceable."
After his contract expired at Chelsea this summer, Lampard, 36 -- Chelsea's record goalscorer -- has joined Premier League champions Manchester City on loan from New York City FC for the first half of the English season, a move confirmed earlier this week.
The Blues spent around 30 million euros bringing Fabregas to London from Barcelona, but Mourinho told Rio Ferdinand during a preseason event at central London's BT Tower, that such a legendary player as Lampard could not be replaced.
"Frank is Frank, he is irreplaceable, no chance," he said in quotes reported by the Independent. "We have to forget Frank because as you know he is a very special man but very, very special player.
"I think we can never say, in spite of Cesc, who is a fantastic player as you know, you can never say, 'This guy is coming to replace Frank', because Frank is Frank. One day he will be with Peter Osgood in a statue [outside Stamford Bridge] because he's fantastic."
Mourinho also hopes that Fabregas' move back to the Premier League can help spur Chelsea in their fight for silverware after an unusually dry season in 2013-14.
"Fabregas is the player we need to modify a little bit the profile of our game, which we need," Mourinho added. "We want to give the next dimension to our game in midfield and Fabregas is this kind of player which I like to call 'the 7', because he's not the 6 and he's not the 8."
"Normally the 7 is the winger, I also call the 7 the guy in midfield who's not the 6, he's not the 8. Or he's a 6 and 8 at the same time. So he's a 7 and we need him a lot."

Guinness World Record: biggest stretch earlobes

A Hawaiian man has claimed the Guinness World Record for the largest non-surgically made stretch earlobes - which are so big you can fit a hand through them.
Kala Kaiwi, who unsurprisingly works as a tattoo and body modification artist, has earlobe stretches or 'flesh tunnels' measuring 109mm (4.3 inches) in diameter, to go with his hundreds of other wacky body adaptations.
He has just returned from Milan, Italy where he picked up his award, almost certainly setting off airport security scanners on his way.
Along with his flesh tunnels, he has had silicon horns implanted on his head, stretches in his nostrils, tattooed eyebrows and studs all over his face.
He even split his own tongue using dental floss, and has bolt holes on his forehead with spikes screwed in.
Kala trained in Las Vegas in 1999 before moving back to Hawaii to open Sin City Body Modification and Tattoo shop.

When fight against Ebola become counter productive: As two died while twenty hospitalised in Nigeria after a large in-take of salt content meant for preventing ebola

At least two persons have been feared dead with 20 others hospitalised in various hospitals in Plateau State, Nigeria after consuming excessive quantity of salt and bitter kola to prevent Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) attack following a viral message on social media that it could prevent the spread of the Ebola virus.
In Abuja the Federal Government advised Nigerians to disregard the text message and postings on social media that hot water and salt may be used to prevent Ebola infection and cure infected persons. died
The deceased whose identities could not be ascertained at the time of this report were said to be hypertension patients.
A resident who worships in the same church with one of the deceased, Atang Itse said he does not know “much about the woman but she worships at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Hwolshe” confirmed she died “this evening as a result of salt she took in the night when everyone was bathing and drinking salt water”.
The source added the other victim was a taxi driver who plied Jos city and neighbouring local government areas.
However, the Permanent Secretary, State Ministry of Health, Dr. Elias Pede who is holding forte for the Commissioner, Dr. Fom Dakwak said “he was not aware of any dead” though he had earlier confirmed to other journalist that “one person died but full details were yet to be received.”

Hot water, salt can’t cure Ebola FG warns
In Abuja the Federal Government advised Nigerians to disregard the text message and postings on social media that hot water and salt may be used to prevent Ebola infection and cure infected persons.
The Minister of Information, Mr Labaran Maku, said in a statement in Abuja on Friday that the people should disregard such rumours as cure had yet to be found for the disease.
The message reads: “Please ensure that you and your family and all your neighbours bath with hot water and salt before daybreak today because of Ebola virus which is spreading through the air.’’
Maku said the information being circulated to Nigerians about the cure for the disease was false and should not be taken seriously.
“Nigerians have been urged to disregard rumours being circulated in the social media that bathing with hot water and salt cures the Ebola disease.
“There is no cure yet for the Ebola disease, what is being circulated is only a rumour that will only mislead Nigerians,’’ he said.
The minister said Nigerians had already been informed on the necessary steps to adopt to avoid the spread of the virus and would be duly informed on additional measures when necessary.
He urged the people to continue to maintain maximum environmental and personal hygiene to guard against contracting the virus.
The federal and state governments have been on the alert on the control of a possible spread of the virus and the number of infected persons rises in Lagos.
The government had also dismissed claims that bitter kola could be used to cure the disease or prevent people from contracting the disease. (NAN)

Kim Kardashian Selfie: As Kim Kardashian is set to Publish a Selfies Book

Kim Kardashian has signed a deal with Rizolli Universe to publish a book of selfies called "Kim Kardashian Selfies". The 352-page book will be released at bookstores on April 7, 2015. Fans can buy them for $19.95.

During an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", Kim claimed she got the idea of publishing a book of selfies after making a similar book for her husband, Kanye West. "I couldn't think of what to get Kanye [for Valentine's Day] and so I was like, 'All guys love it when a girl sends them sexy pics,' " she told Brody Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Bruce Jenner.

Kim continued, "So I had Stephanie [her assistant] get a Polaroid and we were taking photos around the entire house ... making this cool book and it ended up turning out so cool we came up with this idea to do a selfie book so I'm going to make some super racy."

When Brody asked her if the book she gave to Kanye would only stay for him, Kim replied, "Yeah, but I might share some of them. Some of them!"

Recovering from Ebola: As one of the American Ebola Victims 'Dr. Kent Brantly' Speaks of his improving health condition

On Friday, Dr. Kent Brantly released his first statement since arriving in Atlanta for treatment at Emory University Hospital last Saturday.

"I am writing this update from my isolation room at Emory University Hospital, where the doctors and nurses are providing the very best care possible," he says. "I am growing stronger every day, and I thank God for His mercy as I have wrestled with this terrible disease."
Brantly is one of two Americans flown from Liberia to Emory University Hospital for treatment, the other being 59-year-old missionary Nancy Writebol.

Brantly adds: "My wife Amber and I, along with our two children, did not move to Liberia for the specific purpose of fighting Ebola. We went to Liberia because we believe God called us to serve Him at ELWA Hospital."

"One thing I have learned is that following God often leads us to unexpected places. When Ebola spread into Liberia, my usual hospital work turned more and more toward treating the increasing number of Ebola patients. I held the hands of countless individuals as this terrible disease took their lives away from them. I witnessed the horror firsthand, and I can still remember every face and name."

"When I started feeling ill on that Wednesday morning, I immediately isolated myself until the test confirmed my diagnosis three days later. When the result was positive, I remember a deep sense of peace that was beyond all understanding. God was reminding me of what He had taught me years ago, that He will give me everything I need to be faithful to Him. "

He concludes: "Now it is two weeks later, and I am in a totally different setting. My focus, however, remains the same–to follow God. As you continue to pray for Nancy and me, yes, please pray for our recovery. More importantly, pray that we would be faithful to God's call on our lives in these new circumstances."
