Cristiano Ronaldo's private jet crashes on landing at Barcelona's El Prat airport after landing gear breaks on impact

Cristiano Ronaldo will be grounded for the foreseeable future after the superstar's private jet this week crashed on landing at Barcelona's El Prat airport.
The Portuguese is about to get a bumper new contract from Real Madrid , and that payrise will come in handy as he prepares for a monster repair bill after the incident last Monday evening.
Eyewitnesses report that the plane's landing gear broke on impact with the runway, forcing emergency services into action.
One of the runways at El Prat was closed for a short time after the incident, in which nobody was hurt but the pilot was attended to for very minor injuries.
Ronaldo bought the Gulfstream G200 last year for some £15million, and sometimes leases his plane out for private clients.
The player himself wasn't on board. The 31-year-old was with his Madrid teammates in Germany preparing for the Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund.

Selena Gomez hit a new milestone. She affirms herself as the reigning queen of Instagram by reaching 100 million followers, becoming the first celebrity to do so. The 24-year-old actress/singer ranked as the most followed person on the photo-sharing site in July with 89.2 million followers. By pushing into 100 million followers, she tops other celebrities, including her famous pal Taylor Swift (91.4 million), Beyonce Knowles (85.3 million) and Kim Kardashian (83.6 million).
Selena, however, has not updated her Instagram account in the last six weeks and has not reacted to the milestone. The last photo she posted was from her "Revival Tour", which she abruptly canceled in late August.

"As many of you know, around a year ago I revealed that I have lupus, an illness that can affect people in different ways. I've discovered that anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side effects of lupus, which can present their own challenges," she said in a statement at the time.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are together again. Following breakup rumors and that baby shower drama, the engaged couple reunited in some Snapchat posts they shared on early Thursday morning, September 29.

The videos posted on the pair's respective accounts see Chyna baring her baby bump as she lies in the bed. Rob doesn't show his face, but the 29-year-old sock designer's apparently waiting to see their baby girl kicking. "Move!" he's heard saying.
Rob and Chyna appear to be doing just fine in the clips, despite reports saying they're "not in a good place." After the dad-to-be tweeted his sister Kylie Jenner's number and blasted his family for not inviting Chyna to a baby shower they threw for him, sources claimed that the pair were still together but they hadn't been speaking to each other for months.
