Kanye West sued over one of the songs off his album "Yeezus"

Kanye West is being sued over one of the songs off his album "Yeezus". A Hungarian composer named Gabor Presser has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming he hasn't been properly compensated for a sample used at the end of "New Slaves"

In the documents obtained by TMZ, Presser says 'Ye did contact him and ask for his permission to feature "Gyongyhaju Lany" on the 2013 song. The composer agreed thinking that a formal deal would be arranged later.

However, Presser hasn't received any money from West aside from a $10,000 advance check which he never cashed. He's now seeking $2.5 million in damages from the Chicago spitter.

This isn't West's first time to have been sued over his music. In 2013, he's also accused of copyright infringement by former child singer Ricky Spicer who said his song was illegally sampled on another "Yeezus" cut called "Bound 2".

Earlier this year, an angry fan sued West after he released "The Life of Pablo", which was supposed to be a Tidal exclusive forever, on Spotify and other streaming services. The fan argued West tricked him and million others into subscribing to Tidal that's owned by the 38-year-old superstar's "Watch the Throne" collaborator Jay-Z.

Tyga and Demi Rose Mawby fueled their dating rumors by stepping out together in Cannes on Friday, May 20. The 26-year-old rapper and the lingerie model looked inseparable as they took a shopping trip just weeks after the former broke up with Kylie Jenner.

Tyga was seen wearing a black T-shirt and matching pants which he teamed with white trainers, a black baseball hat and some silver necklaces. Meanwhile, the British model showed off her curves in a black sleeveless dress with a plunging neckline. She looked pretty confident in front of the cameras as she walked behind the rapper while heading to a Saint Laurent store.

Inside the store, the rapper was seen picking up several items for himself while the 21-year-old model stood next to him. Later on, the brunette model checked out the designer brand's collection of heels and purses. They were surrounded by a large crowd at the store.

Kim Kardashian not happy with Rob for dissing Kris Jenner on Social Media

Kim Kardashian is not happy with Rob Kardashian's behavior towards their mom Kris Jenner. In a sneak-peek clip from this week's episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", the 35-year-old reality star slams Rob and his fiancee, Blac Chyna, for publicly blasting Kris and the rest of the family on social media.

"I never get pissed and I am so for you being happy but whatever Chyna and Kylie [Jenner] and all the drama that they have together, that's for them to work out," Kim tells Rob on the phone. Prompting Kim's anger is Rob and Blac's apparent diss aimed at Kris on social media, despite the fact that the momager wanted to help them. "[And] mom has bent over backwards doing all this stuff," Kim continues.

Previously, Kris told Kim that Rob and Blac made fun of food that she bought on social media. The 28-year-old model posted a series of Snapchat videos in which she appeared to mock all the food inside her man's cabinets, which turned out to be purchased by Kris.

"Mom is pissed, when you start publicly bashing my sister and mom, that's not cool. This is just unnecessary, this is not what our family does. Like there's way too much drama, so many haters in the world, we don't need this from our own inside circle," Kim adds.

However, Rob didn't think that what he did was really serious. "I didn't even know what was going on first of all. And I don't even think it's that serious," Rob tells Kim before the latter yells, "Everyone has to just not be blasting people on social media. You two are a unit now so it looks like you're blasting mom and it's petty as f**k."
