Man is arrested after taking his pregnant 12-year-old wife to hospital, who he claim is 20

A man has been arrested after taking his pregnant 'wife' to hospital only for staff to claim the 'woman' was no older than 12.
The youngster, who has not been named, had been accompanied by the 40-year-old man and another woman who claimed to be her mother-in-law.
The three arrived at the Xuzhou City Central Hospital, in East China's Jiangsu Province, claiming that the girl was three months pregnant and that she needed a routine test to confirm that her foetus was healthy.

The husband and mother-in-law said the wife was 20 years old, but medics immediately alerted local authorities when they found the young patient to be more like a schoolgirl than a "woman".
Doctors who tried to question the girl were unable to get any answers from her, as she did not speak any Mandarin.

One of the staff said: "It's obvious she is just a child, and certainly not anywhere near 20 years old."
Their suspicion is also said to have angered the husband, who was quoted as saying: "I took her here to be examined - just do your job. Stop asking so many questions."
Arriving police officers found that the girl did not possess a Chinese ID and concluded that she was a foreign national from Southeast Asia, but her exact origins are still unclear.
Investigators suspect that she was abducted or bought as a foreign bride - the Chinese have a history of purchasing Vietnamese brides from across the country's southern border.
Further investigation is now under way to determine the facts.

Businesswoman Kim, who was tied up and placed in a bathtub by masked robbers, is yet to speak out, choosing to keep a very low profile and covering up with a hood as she headed back to LA yesterday.

Angelina Jolie's extramarital affair is reportedly one of the reasons behind her split from Brad Pitt. According to Star magazine, the actress had been secretly seeing another man for months before she filed for divorce two weeks ago.

"Angie admitted to Brad she had fallen in love with another man. They had to hide their feelings, but they've been seeing each other on the sly whenever they could over the last six months," a source told the publication.

The source went on claiming that the man Jolie had an affair with "is a wealthy philanthropist" who's worth more than $1 billion, adding that "he champions many of the same humanitarian causes that Angie does. As such, they had crossed paths at numerous charitable and state events."

"He's ruggedly handsome and of Middle Eastern descent - though he was educated in England, at Oxford," the source continued describing the man, who is said to be in his mid 50s and whom the magazine refused to identify because he's still married. "That will pose a problem for Angie down the road should their relationship continue, because his wife refuses to grant him a divorce," the source added.

The magazine said that Jolie told Pitt about her relationship with the man before their infamous plane fight, during which Pitt reportedly got drunk and abused their oldest son Maddox. "At first Brad was stunned - and certainly blindsided - by Angie's confession. But then he got furious. It wasn't pretty," the source shared.

The Star report, however, turned out to be bogus. Gossip Cop has contacted a source close to the situation who tells the site that all the claims made by the magazine are "false." The site can confirm that there's no third party involved in the Brangelina divorce.

Kim Kardashian is reportedly hopeful she will get her multi-million pound ring back after it was taken by armed robbers.
The reality TV star was targeted by gunmen in Paris this week as they stormed her apartment, but she is said to be confident that they will be able to find the expensive rock if the criminals try to sell it.
According to TMZ, her police report 'includes the diamonds inscription number' and other marks to help it be identified.
The Gemological Institute of America adds that inscribed diamonds reported to the police as stolen are flagged in the system, which means authorities can be alerted if they are cleaned, graded or put up for sale.
However, the report adds that it's not foolproof, with bigger rocks able to be crushed to make them less traceable, and the thieves could avoid legit jewelers.
Meanwhile, according to TMZ, there was no surveillance video inside or outside the apartment complex where the reality star was bound and gagged.
The site claims police have canvassed areas nearby for CCTV footage, but have so far come up blank.
They also claim Kim only had one mobile phone stolen during the robbery - and that it did not contain "compromising information".
It was previously reported the 35-year-old's two smartphones were stolen in the raid. Kim's mobile is said to have been 'remotely wiped'.

The 48-year-old's arms have doubled in size from 12in after he began injecting the potentially lethal oil substance five years ago - and now he wants to get even bigger.

Valdir, from Sao Paulo, Brazil, is inspired by the physiques of Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Hulk and is proud to be known locally as 'He-Man' and 'the monster' in the street.
Valdir, a construction worker, said: "This is a dream come true that I searched for and conquered.

"You look at your body and see that it's growing and you're going to want more.
"They call me Hulk, Schwarzenegger and He-Man all the time and I like that.

"I've doubled my biceps to 60cm but I still want to be bigger."
Despite his humongous proportions today, Valdir hasn't always been muscly.

In his youth, he was addicted to drugs and lost so much weight that people would call him 'skinny dog' and 'little skull.'
Valdir said: "There was a time in my life that I got involved with wrong things.

"I got involved with drugs and I started losing weight because you don't eat, you lead a wrong life.
"I started to look skinny and people started giving me nicknames like 'Skinny Dog', and 'Little Skull', and so I decided to change my life."

Valdir joined a gym but wanted more extreme effects than he could achieve from exercise alone.

He was first offered synthol by a fellow gym-goer and soon became hooked on the muscle-enhancing substance, injecting it regularly in his biceps, chest and shoulders.

Pigeon ARRESTED near India Pakistan border for carrying threatening message addressed to the Prime Minister of India

A pigeon carrying a threatening message for India’s Prime Minister has been taken into custody after being discovered near the country’s border with Pakistan.
The grey pigeon was found with a message referring to the 1971 war between Pakistan and India and was addressed to PM Narendra Modi.
The letter, which was written in Urdu, was roughly translated as: “Modi, we’re not the same people from 1971. Now each and every child is ready to fight against India.”
The bird was found at Pathankot in the northern state of Punjab, where militants based in Pakistan launched a deadly attack on an airforce base in January.
Inspector of Narot Jaimal Singh police station (Pathankot) Ramesh Kumar said: “The pigeon was carrying the letter when it was found,” he said, adding the bird has been taken into “custody”. We are investigating the matter.”
The note was apparently signed by the Pakistan-based militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba.
Two balloons with messages written in Urdu and addressed to Modi were found at Ghesal village in Dinanagar of Gurdaspur, which had witnessed a terror attack last year.

It is not the first time birds have been used in the long running dispute between India and Pakistan.
On September 23, a white pigeon, apparently from across the border, with a message written in Urdu was found in Punjab’s Hoshiarpur district.
Last year a pigeon was arrested after being accused of being a spy when it was found near the border between India and Pakistan fitted with a “wire-like device”.
The bird, which had an address and phone number on its tail which officials said was written in Pakistani Urdu, was X-rayed to check if it was carrying a spy camera, transmitter or hidden chip.
Police superintendent Rakesh Kaushal confirmed at the time: “We have kept the bird in our custody. This is a rare instance of a bird from Pakistan being spotted here. We’ve caught a few spies here.”

The wife of Kanye West told police she believed she was about to be raped when one attacker grabbed her by the ankles. The robbers, however, duct taped her ankles, picked her up and put her in the bathtub. She begged the robbers not to kill her because she had babies and they could take whatever they wanted.

According to Kim, the robbers didn't speak English and only spoke French. The attackers kept saying "ring, ring." She knew that they were looking for the new ring given by Kanye. The robbers duct taped her mouth as she kept crying. The entire incident took only 6 minutes.

Kim was not alone at the time, her pal Simone was also at the apartment, sleeping in the downstairs bedroom. Simone locked herself in the bathroom when hearing the commotion and called Kim's bodyguard Pascal as well as Kourtney Kardashian. They arrived at the apartment 2 minutes after the robbers left.

According to Kim's former bodyguard Steve Sanulis, the Paris robbery might have been orchestrated by people around the reality star. "It definitely could have been an inside job," Steve tells Radar Online, "Somebody had to know how to get in the private entrance. How would they know how to get there, how would they know there was no security, how did they know that she was going to be by herself? [The thieves] were either very lucky, or knew the situation. If they had had the right person, this wouldn't have happened."

The Phuket Vegetarian Festival is an annual event held during the ninth lunar month of the Chinese calendar.

It is believed that the vegetarian festival and its accompanying sacred rituals for the Nine Emperor Gods bestow good fortune upon those who religiously observe this rite.

Residents of Chinese ancestry strictly observe a 10-day vegetarian or vegan diet for the purposes of spiritual cleansing, and sacred rituals are performed at various Chinese shrines and temples.

As well as walking barefoot over hot coals, some attendees ascend ladders with bladed rungs.

The devotees, names 'Ma Song', or entranced horses, believe that gods enter them during the fest.

They manifest supernatural powers and perform self-tortures in order to shift evil from individuals onto themselves, and to bring the community good luck.

Throughout the festival fireworks and drums are sounded - the louder the better, because the noise drives away evil spirits.
