Brad Pitt still finds his split from Angelina Jolie hard to deal with

The actor has reportedly been "in bad shape" and "leaning heavily" on his closest ones since his wife of two years filed for divorce from him two weeks ago.

"He can't believe this is what his life has become," a source told Us Weekly of the "Fury" actor. "And he's in bad shape, but the kids are the only thing he's hanging onto. He's been leaning heavily on his family and speaks to his parents and close friends and his manager constantly. His mom has been talking to him constantly."

Jolie and Pitt have been in a custody battle over their six kids since they announced their breakup last month, days after they reportedly had a fight on a private plane. He reportedly hit their oldest son Maddox during the arguments, prompting investigations by police, the FBI and the Department of Children and Family Services.
