Baylee Curran - whose accusations have seen the singer charged with assault with a deadly weapon - is said to have sent the text to an acquaintance called Safari, shortly after she was kicked out of the star's home.
The report adds that the alleged message - which Baylee has denied sending - is with Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos, who is trying to authenticate it.

Publicly addressing the feud for the first time, Kourtney unsurprisingly says in the interview with Cosmopolitan that she's #TeamKim. "It's her husband, and he's family," she tells the magazine. "The truth is the truth, so why not let it be known?"
Also in the interview, Kourtney talks about her relationship with ex Scott Disick and their three kids, Mason, Penelope and Reign. "The idea of having my family together is amazing, but it's not the way things ended up. They may end up there. I'm not sure. To me, it's in God's hands. If it's meant to be, then things will line up," she explains.
"We definitely tried for a long time. But relationships are exhausting! Being able to focus on the kids and me right now is good. We say to each other all the time, 'I'm the coolest ex-girlfriend/baby mama you could ever ask for!' " she continues.

Ray J defended Chris Brown after gun threat and arrest at his house
Kim Kardashian's ex was partying at the star's bachelor pad on Tuesday before the row kicked off and the singer ended up in an 11-hour stand-off with police.
In a video, Ray J said: "People can take a false story and blow it up into something way more than what it should be."
According to records from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Brown was released on £250,000 bail today.
The star's attorney Mark Geragos tweeted shortly after: "Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes. Chris is out and well. The allegations against him are demonstrably false."
The full transcript from Ray J's video reads: "I'm real upset about today … I'm not happy with how things are handled and how people can take a false story and blow it up into something way more than what it should be.
"And to react like that, so fast without really knowing the facts … It’s just not right. It shouldn't be like this. I support the homie Chris [Brown] and I support the whole movement…
"This sh-t gotta change. It can’t be like this every time somebody yippin' and yappin' trying to get an extra buck. It turns around and it’s all bad on us. It ain't cool."

The 23-year-old mother of a two-year-old was reportedly still alive when Tallahasse police arrived on the scene at around 10:15am, where they found the victim bleeding heavily.
While she was transported to hospital, Javona later sadly died of her injuries, local media reported.
Faheem Rashad Najm, better known by his stage name T-Pain, hails from Tallahassee and later took to Twitter to beg anyone to help find his niece's killer: "The police are still lookin for the coward ass n**** that just killed my niece at Walgreens in Tallahassee. He later shared a photo of his beloved niece on Instagram.

According to the Tallahassee Democrat the suspect was a 5-foot, 9-inch black male weighing about 160 pounds and was described as wearing a black T-shirt and white tennis shoes.

Decked out in a camouflage t-shirt, the youngest of the West family is surrounded by toys, but seems more interested in his shoe, which he's seen taking on and having a sniff of.
The youngster has been kept out of the limelight since his arrival in December last year, but over the last few months has been spotted in public more frequently as he gets used to life as part of the Kardashian clan.
Earlier this week his parents were spotted out with both their children in New York where they attended the MTV VMAs on Sunday night.

According to TMZ authorities have retrieved some items from a duffel bag that was allegedly thrown from a window of the property including a gun, other weapons and drugs.

Family left stunned when Grandfather was found alive after been officially confirmed dead and supposedly cremated
Miguel Angel Gomar De Luna, 74, had escaped his nursing home and gone on a drinking spree, sleeping rough and begging for more money to buy booze.
After months of searching for him in the cold winter months, officers called the family to say they had found a badly decomposed body matching his description.
His daughter, Lucero Gomar Ramos, was shown pictures of the corpse but it was in such a bad state she struggled to recognise her father.
But she was told if she did not confirm the body as that of her missing father, they would not be able to release him to the family, forcing her to sign papers confirming his death.
But on February 24 this year, the family got another call saying Miguel had been found alive.
He returned to the family home drunk, with bandages around his head from unknown injuries sustained during his months long bender.
A video of the bizarre reunion in Chihuahua, Mexico, shows Miguel slurring his words and saying: "They thought I was dead, but I just walk and walk."
Lucero said: "Imagine our surprise when we spoke to police who told us that they had located him on the street, we could not believe it.
"We thought he was gone."
It is not clear who the body mistaken for Miguel was.
The family also face a battle to gain back their relatives identity, having already been declared legally dead.
