The young businesswoman's latest Instagram photos see her posing seductively on a bed while puffing on a what appears to be a cigarette.
And she soon came under fire from followers who thought she should be setting a better example.
"She's smoking. Unfollow - I thought you were cool," one of her fans fumed underneath the picture.
"Stop smoking nasty," another bluntly commented.
A third asked: "Kylie is really smoking or it's just for the photo?"
It's the second time in less than a week that the 19-year-old has been slammed by her fans who are beginning to realise just how much she's transformed since she first appeared on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
