The superstar , who is in London to promote her latest track, Perfect Illusion, stepped out in another boob-baring top and a tiny pair of hotpants as she flaunted her newly-toned bod and performed at a former working men's club in Hackney.

Gaga appeared at the Moth Club in East London on Friday night for the secret show wearing nothing more than her revealing top and sparkling shorts, along with black tape over her nipples and a pair of black stylish boots.
