Kim Kardashian
denies a new rumor surrounding her second pregnancy. Kim's rep tells
Mail Online that a story published by Us Weekly that she and her husband
Kanye West only had male embryos implanted during the IVF process "is false."
"She only had boy embryos implanted," a so-called source close to Kim told Us Weekly. According to the site, the procedure started at around $17,000 with doctors isolating fertilized embryos
of the preferred sex in a lab before transferring them to the uterus.
The source added, "Kim would have happily taken a healthy baby, but
being able to choose the sex is the cherry on top!"
Another source close to Kanye claimed, "Kanye and Kim are so excited to
complete their family. Kanye loves Nori more than anything, but to make
his world complete, he wanted a little boy, an heir." An alleged friend
of the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star said, "Kim always wanted two kids. A girl and a boy."
Kim revealed her second child's gender on late Sunday, June 21. At that time, she posted on Instagram a photo of Kanye reading
to North West along with a sweet caption which read, "Precious moments
like this when we were traveling on tour with you are what I live for.
You're such a good daddy to North & you will be the best daddy to
our new son too!"
