Manchester United's Ashley Young has tied the knot with childhood sweetheart Nicky Pike in a secret ceremony.
The pair had planned a £200,000 wedding at The Grove Hotel in Watford back in 2011, but called it off just two days before.
But
after getting back together shortly afterwards, the pair have now
married in Buckinghamshire with football guests included Aston Villa
legend Stilian Petrov and Fabrice Muamba, with the former tweeting his congratulations to the pair.
He wrote: "Congratulations Mr and Mrs Young"
Pike is the mother of Young's two children, 10-year-old son Tyler and his younger daughter Ellearana.
The two children were in attendance for the occasion, which took place at the posh Stoke Place hotel, Buckinghamshire.
The family posed together as the couple signed the register.
