Jose Mourinho has dismissed reports about Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo moving to Chelsea.
Ronaldo, 29, has been the subject of speculation recently, with frequent suggestions that he is unhappy at Los Blancos and wants to leave the club.
Mourinho coached his compatriot for three years during his time in
charge at Madrid, but rejected talk at his news conference on Friday
that the Portugal captain is on his way to Chelsea.
"Pfff... forget it," he said, when questioned on the possibility of Ronaldo moving to West London.
Mourinho went on to praise the work of his club in the transfer
market this summer, stating that they did an "amazing job" in securing
all their major targets.
