Kanye West threatened Kim Kardashian with divorce over her fired bodyguard

The departure of Pascal Duvier reportedly caused tension between his former bosses Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. Days after he parted ways with the power couple, In Touch claimed that the rapper actually fired the bodyguard without telling his wife, causing them to get involved in a big fight.

As you may have known, Pascal was the bodyguard responsible for Kim's safety when she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris last month. He was out to protect her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner when five masked men raided her apartment and stole her jewelry.

Kim didn't blame Pascal for the incident, but Kanye reportedly did. "Kanye held a family meeting and told everyone that he felt Pascal didn't do his job," an insider told the publication. "Kanye said he had cleaned house. Kim lost it. She started crying and yelling that she wanted Pascal to stay."

But Kanye didn't care and he even threatened to leave Kim if she couldn't agree with his decision. "He threatened to leave Kim and take the kids if she wasn't willing do it his way from now on," the insider continued.

"Kim likes to promote the image that she's the one making all the decisions in her life. But the truth is, Kanye decides what she wears, where she dines and what friends she is allowed to see," the source added.

Pascal had been working for Kanye since 2012 and for Kim since 2013 before he, along with a couple other security members of their team, was recently let go by the couple. "It's a pretty tough situation overall and they love Pascal, but they couldn't take any more chances," a source said last week.
