Mrs Kanye West stripped off for the a raunchy shoot in GQ Magazine, showing off her famous lady lumps in a variety of traffic-stopping outfits, before going completely naked for the cover.

She appears in GQ's tenth anniversary Love, Sex, and Madness issue. Kim gave an interview to journalist Caity Weaver about why she drives Kanye crazy, and what was really in O.J.'s Louis Vuitton bag.
