Chris Brown has filed legal docs to order a second paternity test on Royalty, Nia Guzman's family attorney tells HollywoodLife. Attorney Carl Anthony Moore says, "Chris is asking the judge to order a paternity test." The news came a month after he filed legal docs to establish paternity of her daughter.
Chris and Nia previously fought over Royalty's support and custody. Nia was demanding $15,000 a month on child support but the "Turn Up the Music" singer found it ridiculous and only paid $2,500. They later reached an agreement at $10,000.
However, Chris cut off his agreement
with Nia after learning that she shipped off Royalty to his mother
Joyce Hawkins instead of bringing his daughter to him. He claimed Nia
had prevented him from seeing his daughter and asked judge to set clear
custody guidelines.
He also demanded Royalty's birth certificate to be changed to show his status as her father. Nia's boyfriend Brazil Riesling is the one who's currently listed as Royalty's father.
If Chris is proven to be Royalty's biological father, he will be given
the rights to fight Nia over their child's support and custody. But it
would be a huge shocker if the "Yeah 3x" crooner ended up not being
Royalty's dad.
