The rapper who mutilated himself and then jumped from a Los Angeles building has broken his silence about what happened.

Andre Johnson was severely injured in April after he severed his penis and leaped from the second level of a building in North Hollywood. He told E! that he was under the influence of drugs at the time but insisted that he knew what he was doing.

"Yes, I was using drugs that night, but I was in complete control," he said. "I cut it off because that was the root of all my problems. My solution to the problem was the realization that sex is for mortals, and I am a god. ...Those kinds of activities got me into trouble, and I came here to be a god."

Johnson performs under the name Christ Bearer and his group Northstar was affiliated with the Wu-Tang Clan. Johnson said he hadn't spoken out on the incident before because "People perceived me as crazy, so I never wanted to speak wholeheartedly on the matter."

Doctors weren't able to reattach the penis, he told E!.

He said he had been seeing a psychologist after he was discharged but that he has been deemed okay. He said he was thankful to God when he awoke in the hospital still alive.

"I didn't want to kill myself," Johnson said. "That was just my response to the demons. They were doing their best to get to me, but being alive solidified my thoughts. ...I'm alive, penis or no penis."

Justin Bieber to Attend Another Deposition in Assault Case

Justin Bieber reportedly is ordered to attend another deposition following his first session in March. According to TMZ, the Canadian performer was ordered to attend the deposition, which was conducted in connection to an alleged assault to a paparazzo, after he dodged some questions back then.

Bieber reportedly will answer some questions from the same lawyer who grilled him in March. The second session is also likely to be videotaped, the site reports.

Back then, Bieber refused to say anything about his relationship with on-and-off girlfriend Selena Gomez. When asked if he was seeing Gomez, Bieber was seen shouting repeatedly, "Don't ask me about her again," and left the room.

The deposition stemmed from an alleged incident with a photographer named Jeffrey Binion as the pop star was leaving a studio in June 2013. Binion, who sued Bieber, said that one of his bodyguards chocked him and took his equipment. According to the paparazzo, Bieber ordered his bodyguard to take Binion's memory card. Gomez was with Bieber back then.

In other news, Michael Strahan dissed Bieber as he appeared in a recent episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon". Speaking of Bieber's runs-in with the law, the former footballer and current host of "Live! with Kelly and Michael" said, "He's been arrested more times than anyone in the NFL."

Chelsea have confirmed that Diego Costa has completed his transfer from Atletico Madrid to Stamford Bridge.

Costa has signed a five-year contract with the Blues, after an agreement between Atletico and Chelsea was confirmed earlier this month.
It is reported the Premier League club met the Spain international's buy-out clause which is said to be worth 32 million pounds.
The 25-year-old told the club's official website: "I am very happy to sign for Chelsea. Everybody knows it is a big club in a very competitive league, and I am very excited to get started in England with a fantastic coach and teammates.
"Having played against Chelsea last season I know the high quality of the squad I am joining.

Manager Arsene Wenger is a staunch anti-smoker but the club dismissed any concern despite Wilshere being caught with a cigarette for the second time in a year.
After being caught in October a few days ahead of a match, he insisted: ‘I am not a smoker.’ Wenger then gave Wilshere, 22, a public dressing down, saying: ‘I disagree completely with that behaviour. When you are a football player you are a role model and you don’t do what damages your health. 

‘You can damage your health at home, you can drink at home, you can smoke at home and nobody sees it. But when you go out socially, you can damage your reputation as an example.’
Wilshere’s representatives had originally claimed the midfielder was dared to hold the cigarette as a joke.
But he later admitted: ‘Players make mistakes. I am not a smoker. I spoke with the boss and he asked me what happened, I explained to him and we sorted it out. It is not an issue I expect to come back. As I said, I am not a smoker so I think that will be my last one.’

The Pope on Sexual Abuse in the Catholic Church

1 in 50. That's how many Catholic clergymen are likely pedophiles, according to a new admission from Pope Francis.
"Among the 2% who are paedophiles are priests, bishops and cardinals. Others, more numerous, know but keep quiet. They punish without giving the reason," Francis told Italy's La Repubblica in an interview published Sunday. "I find this state of affairs intolerable."
Out of an estimated global total of 414,000 priests, Francis has conceded that about 8,000 have unnatural attractions to children.
Francis also took the unprecedented step of hinting that the Catholic Church may eventually reconsider requiring priests to take a vow of celibacy, noting that men of the cloth were able to marry for 900 years after the death of Jesus Christ and that some Eastern churches under Vatican tutelage allow the practice.
Is this really so stunning? Sexual abuse by Catholic priests affects parishes all over the world. The pontiff's estimate is still lower than a previous John Jay College of Criminal Justice study, which analyzed "plausible" reports from 1950-1992 and arrived at a rate of 4%. Even that study, though, might have significantly underestimated the problem. Ernie Allen, president of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, says that a conservative estimate is that 1 in 10 males in the general population have committed sexual abuse.
Would ending celibacy fix anything? It's not clear. The Economist noted in 2010 that no one has shown a statistical correlation between celibacy and abuse. Instead, it suggested a major contributing factor was that church leadership "saw paedophilia not as a crime with victims but as a sin that endangered the perpetrator's soul: along the lines of alcoholism, or pilfering church funds." The director of Johns Hopkins' Sexual Behavior Consultation Unit, Fred Berlin, points out that other organizations like the Boy Scouts of America "have had comparable problems."
So what now? Also unclear. Vatican spokesmen are already trying to take back the interview, indicating that there's still an unhealthy apprehension within the Church to tackle the problem of paedophilia. Sigh.

Scolari with staff resign

Luiz Felipe Scolari has resigned as manager of Brazil, the national football federation announced on Monday.
The 65-year-old stood down as the World Cup hosts could only finish fourth, having been thrashed in their semi-final 7-1 by Germany, who went on to lift the trophy in Rio with victory over Argentina, and then beaten 3-0 by Holland on Saturday.
The decision was formally announced on the Brazilian Football Confederation website following a meeting between Scolari and president Jose Maria Marin, who is scheduled to step down next year in favour of Marco Polo Del Nero.
Only last week Del Nero had given Scolari, who guided Brazil to their fifth World Cup success in 2002, his full backing following the humiliating defeat in Belo Horizonte, which the one-time Chelsea boss described as the "worst day" of his life.
However, it now appears all parties have agreed a fresh approach is needed to rebuild Brazilian football, with Scolari's current contract, which expired at the end of the World Cup, not to be renewed.
A statement from the CBF read: "Coach Luiz Felipe Scolari and his fellow coaching staff surrendered their positions to the board of the Brazilian Football Confederation. The resignation was accepted by president Marin, who was keen to thank all the coaches and players and, by extension, the Brazilian fans for their support throughout the World Cup campaign.
"Scolari and his entire coaching staff deserve our respect and gratitude. They were responsible for returning to the Brazilian people your love for the team, despite not having achieved our greatest goal."
The statement added that Scolari had restored pride to the Brazilian flag and that Marin would give a media conference to expand further.
The 2014 World Cup was the first time in some 39 years Brazil had tasted defeat in a competitive fixture at home, having lifted the Confederations Cup 12 months ago.
The loss of star man Neymar through a back injury in the quarterfinal win over Colombia proved key, as Brazil were unable to lift themselves without their talisman, and also suspended captain Thiago Silva, as Germany raced 5-0 ahead inside 30 disastrous minutes at the Estadio Mineirao.
Scolari became the subject of the Brazil fans' frustrations during the Holland game in Brasilia, when his picture on the big screen was met by loud jeers.
Scolari, however, knows how history will now view him.
"I will be remembered as the coach to lose 7-1, but I knew that risk when I took the job," he said last week. "The person who decided the line-up, the tactics, was me. It was my choice."
Brazil, meanwhile, will take their time before appointing a permanent successor, with under-23 coach Alexandre Gallo reportedly likely to be the interim caretaker.
Among those expected to be in contention for the full-time job include former Corinthians boss Tite and Muricy Ramalho of Sao Paulo as well as former Brazil boss Vanderlei Luxemburgo.
Brazil have never appointed a foreign coach, although Spaniard Pep Guardiola was linked with the position before he took charge at Bayern Munich.

The selection put him ahead of players such as Colombia's James Rodriguez, Germany's Thomas Muller and the Netherlands' Arjen Robben.
But Maradona said that despite four goals in Argentina's seven matches, Messi had not been the player of the tournament and his selection as Golden Ball winner was "a marketing plan."
"Messi? I would give him heaven if possible," the 1986 World Cup winner told pan-Latin American TV channel Telesur.
"But it's not right when someone wins something that he shouldn't have won just because of some marketing plan."
Messi said the award "means very little to me at this moment" and added: "It is a pity not to go home with the cup, but we go home with our heads high. We can return calm from this World Cup.
"It's very painful to lose the way we did, because we were near penalties.
"We had three clear chances -- mine, Gonzalo Higuain's and Rodrigo Palacio's -- but we couldn't get it. Now we have to move forward."
FIFA president Sepp Blatter said he didn't expect Messi to receive the award.
"What do you want -- shall I tell the truth or be diplomatic?" Blatter said. "I am going to say the truth, I was surprised that he was chosen and [surprised] to see him come up to get the award."

Qatari clubs are willing to offer greater money with salaries being discussed of around £3million a season after tax but the idea of a return to Chelsea is something both parties wish to look at.
Mourinho has great affection for Drogba and knows he could have great influence on a squad that is changing this summer. He declared prior to the Champions League tie with Galatasaray in March that Drogba could return and is keen to fulfil that wish.
Drogba won three Premier League titles, four FA Cups and the Champions League while at Chelsea and Mourinho wants to use that experience to good effect with his new additions.

Kim Kardashian explains she was joking when she said pregnant women should never leave the house in a recent interview with Elle magazine. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" clarifies her comment on maternity styles in a series of Twitter posts, saying that she was being sarcastic.

"I guess you can't be sarcastic when doing interviews! I was asked about tips on pregnancy style," she wrote on Saturday, July 12. "I jokingly said pregnant woman should hide/stay in if they looked like I did lol. I said ask [sister Kourtney Kardashian] her tips [because] she has the best [pregnancy] style."

Luis Suarez pens farewell letter to Liverpool

Luis Suarez has written a letter to Liverpool, thanking the 'wonderful fans' for their support and claiming that his 'affection towards the club will be for ever'.

The Uruguay striker was official unveiled as a Barcelona player on Friday after completing a £75million to the Spanish giants.

The 27-year-old has followed up comments that he leaves Anfield with 'a heavy heart', by posting an open letter on his official website and Twitter account.

In the letter, signed from his whole family, Suarez recognises the support he has received from Anfield fans during the 'good moments and other, more difficult ones'.

Reds supporters have largely stood by the troubled forward, despite lengthy bans for making racist comments towards Manchester United defender Patrice Evra and biting Branislav Ivanovic of Chelsea - before his latest World Cup shame.

Suarez was handed a nine-game international suspension and banned from all football for four months after biting Italy's Giorgio Chiellini during the tournament in Brazil.

In his final farewell, the disgraced striker also commented that he was proud that his four-year-old daughter was raised in Liverpool and that his son was born in the city.

Suarez also says it was an honour to play for the club and 'score goals at a stadium as unique and special as Anfield'.

As well as the fans, Suarez also expressed his gratitude to both managers - Kenny Dalglish and Brendan Rodgers' who have shown faith in him, and his teammates and staff at Mellwood.

Suarez ended his message by saying he will always have a lifelong affection for the club and leaves behind 'lots of friends and special people', signing off with 'You'll Never Walk Alone'.

The young girl then starts serenading Bieber with his own hit single, "Baby". The 20-year-old heartthrob jumps in to help her with the lyrics and pauses only to give her a kiss on the cheek.

After finishing the chorus, Bieber once again kisses Hayley and asks her how long she's waited for him. "Five hours," she says. He thanks her and she gives him a big hug.

Reason Why there is increase in number of goals scored in this 2014 World Cup- NASA Engineer

For the past few weeks, journalists and pundits have espoused various theories as to why so many goals have been scored in the 2014 World Cup. Is the overall quality of the finishers better? Are teams not playing defense like they used to? Is Brazil’s warm climate somehow helping matters?

All of these are possible, but the theorizers may have all been overlooking the obvious — the soccer ball.

In an interview with Nautilus magazine, NASA aerodynamics engineer Rabindra Mehta claims that the Adidas ball being used in the tournament — the Brazuca — is far more predictable in its movements, benefiting the strikers.

In other words, the Brazuca is the exact opposite of the balls Adidas used in the 2006 and 2010 tournaments. Those balls, the Teamgeist and the Jabulani, were criticized at the time by numerous players, who claimed the ball moved too erratically in the air.

According to Mehta, the science backed the complaints up.

"Every object has a boundary layer, which is basically a thin layer of air very close to the surface of the object," Mehta said. "On a soccer ball, it's just a millimeter or two thick. The boundary layer eventually becomes turbulent at a critical speed.

"So, when a ball hits that critical speed, the boundary layer gets energetic and gains momentum. The drag [behind the ball] drops, causing the ball to 'knuckle'" — the ball's flight pattern suddenly takes on a mind of its own."

The previous two balls, though scientifically very advanced, were too smooth. They had so little drag that when hit at speeds around 45-55 miles per hour (the exact range that strikers tend to hit the balls), they would fly unpredictably.

With the Brazuca, Adidas wisely decided to bring back some drag. These balls, like so many of the World Cup balls used in previous decades, "knuckle" at the critical speed of 35 mph. When struck harder than that, however, the Brazuca regains its ability to fly in a predictable path.

The difference? In 2010, 145 goals, an average of 2.27 per match, were scored in South Africa. With two games still to play in Brazil, 167 goals have been scored, an average of 2.69 goals per match. That's only four fewer goals than in the record-breaking 1998 tournament in France, where the event was expanded to 64 games.    

Unfortunately, within a few days from now, we'll never see the Brazuca make another official appearance on the field. Adidas might do well in four years' time to save money by adding some new colors to the Brazuca and giving it a new, Russian-sounding name. They probably won't get many complaints from the players — or the goal-hungry fans.

Khloe Kardashian makes a confession that she knew her ex-husband Lamar Odom was cheating on her in a teaser video for the upcoming episode of "Keeping up with The Kardashians". She even admits that she "had to lie to everyone" to cover it up.

In the clip obtained by E! Online, she is discussing her move from the home he shared with Lamar with her sister Kourtney Kardashian when she makes the shocking revelation. "He's wearing his ring full time. F**k your ring, you were wearing it when you were f***ing someone else too!" the 30-year-old star exclaims angrily.

Frustrated, the reality star breaks down in tears. She adds, "The way I was living is not a way to live!" She admits, "I kept in hiding every time there was something going on. I would have to lie, or conceal, or cover up, and I'm so over it!"

The biggest confession comes after that when Khloe admits that she knew and even had to cover up that the basketball player was with another woman when she was having her birthday the previous year. "Let me tell you something. Last year on my birthday I lied to everyone," she tells Kourtney, "Because I had to lie and say I was with my husband.when in fact my husband was missing with another girl!"

Khloe also says that she even had to give up her Beyonce Knowles tickets to Kendall Jenner because of that. Sobbing, she adds, "And I didn't have a birthday. I was alone and lied to everyone."

Khloe and Lamar had been married for four years before Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013 following rumors of drug use and infidelity which were swirling around Lamar. Khloe is currently in a relationship with rapper French Montana.

A Collaboration? As Drake and Chris Brown are seen in studio together

After officially ending their feud, Drake and Chris Brown appear to be planning a collaboration. A photo recently surfaced showing the two superstars hitting the studio, standing next to each other while listening intensely to a track.

The picture was first posted to Instagram by Kosine, one half of production duo Da Internz. "Ay @ericbellinger should we give these n***az more glow or nah? #harvestseason #KINGSONLY," he asked songwriter Eric Bellinger in the caption. Bellinger then reposted the pic on his own Instagram and asked fans to "stay tuned."

It's unclear what Drake and Brown are working on together. The photo came two years after they got into an altercation at a New York City nightclub. The brawl was allegedly about Rihanna, who was romantically linked to both entertainers.

Drake and Brown reportedly settled their differences last year, during the iHeartRadio festival in Las Vegas. Last month, Brown shared an Instagram video of himself freestyling to Drake's "0 to 100".

Harry Potter Actor 'Dave Legeno' Dead

“Harry Potter” star Dave Legeno was found dead after hiking in a remote part of California’s Death Valley, according to police reports. He was 50.
The U.K.’s Telegraph reported on Friday (July 11) that the Inyo County Sheriff’s office had confirmed Legeno was discovered early Sunday morning by a pair of hikers.
The sheriff’s department dispatched a helicopter to locate and recover the body of the British actor, who was best known for playing werewolf Fenrir Greyback in the blockbuster wizard series.
“It appears that Legeno died of heat-related issues, but the Inyo County Coroner will determine the final cause of death,” a spokesman for the sheriff’s department said. Authorities went on to confirm that there were no signs of foul play.
Legeno, who also appeared in 2000′s “Snatch” and 2005′s “Batman Begins,” was set to star in the upcoming film “Sword of Vengeance.”
Tom Felton, who played villain Draco Malfoy on “Harry Potter,” took to Twitter to pay homage to his co-star.
Additionally, Felton posted a pictured of the two in full costume on set to Instagram with an equally heartfelt caption.
“Dave Legeno. It was always a pleasure. He was a great talent with a heart of gold and always had time for anyone. Dave was a soft, kind gentleman off screen but had the skill to be the complete opposite on screen. He taught me lots, You will be missed mate xx #DaveLegeno,” he wrote.

'Fast and Furious 7' Car-Racing Scene wrapped up, deemed it Too Dangerous

"Fast and Furious 7" announced on Thursday, July 10 it had wrapped up production this month, but a story behind the scene suggested the crew was supposed to film a car stunt scene that day. However, the critical scene was scrapped because it's deemed too risky.

Sources told TMZ that the scene was planned to take place at Willow Springs International Raceway near Palmdale. Vin Diesel and other stars were on set ready for the camera to start rolling, but "a person from the production told some staffers they couldn't get the proper insurance."

The scene was prepared for several days. It was supposed to involve "a souped-up yellow Chevelle" racing another car and dramatically popping a wheel as "bystanders stand right by the track and cheer." Although "authentic street racers" were hired for the scene, "the suits from Universal" thought it's too dangerous.

People at the studio are reportedly "extremely cautious" after what happened to Paul Walker. Although his car accident was not related to the film, they believe a second crash could jeopardize the entire franchise.

"The extras helping us to create the Race Wars scene, are doing such a great job...," Diesel wrote on Facebook just before the production was wrapped. "Really impressed with their spirit, in spite of the scorching desert sun, haha... And to Universal, who made sure we could deliver on the promise, to bring the saga home... where it all began."

Directed by James Wan, the film is due April 3, 2015. Paul had filmed some of his scenes before he died in a tragic car crash last year. After a four-month hiatus, the production resumed with his brothers Caleb Walker and Cody Walker being tapped to help complete his scenes.

They played as stand-ins for Paul on the set with their faces being altered during post-production. "If the VFX team succeeds in their mission, which I know they will, it will no doubt be the first category that receives an Oscar Nomination for 2015," Diesel once boasted.

Argentina may be Brazil's biggest rivals, but that won't stop Neymar from supporting his Barcelona teammates to win the World Cup in Sunday's final.
Brazil's injured star said he hopes Lionel Messi can win the World Cup -- but that doesn't necessarily mean he is a fan of Argentina.
"I am not supporting Argentina, but my teammates Lionel Messi and Javier Mascherano," he said. "I support Messi FC and for everything he represents to football I hope he can win."
Neymar moved to Spain to join Barcelona last summer and struck up a friendship with his fellow South American.
He has no club teammates on Germany's World Cup squad, though Barcelona's newly acquired goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has previously earned four caps for Die Mannschaft.
Messi's performance will be key for Argentina to overcome the favoured Germans. Though he failed to touch the ball in the Netherlands' penalty area in the semifinals, Messi will face up against perhaps Germany's weakest link, left-back Benedikt Howedes.
Normally a centre-back, Howedes has been used on the left by coach Joachim Low during the tournament and is likely to be assigned to keeping up with Messi's runs on the right wing.
"I'll do my part, but it will be a collective effort. That's how even a player of such quality can be stopped," Howedes said on Thursday.
Also on Thursday, Neymar said the injury that ruled him out of the tournament robbed him of his "destiny" to win the World Cup at home in Brazil. He also rejected his agent's statements calling for Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari to be fired.
