"They have recommended to me to get a surrogate, and I would like to hold out a little bit longer, and still try," Kim admitted in further interview. "I still have hope, so I'm just going to keep on trying. Never say never. I mean, we haven't talked about adopting." Notwithstanding her fertility struggle, Kim told Matt she still felt blessed with her life now.

Jose Mourinho dismiss rumour of Roman Abramovich not happy with Chelsea's style

Jose Mourinho has dismissed the suggestion Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich may not be satisfied with the Premier League leaders' style of play.
Chelsea currently sit 10 points clear at the top of the table and could clinch the title as early as this weekend but, after the 0-0 draw at Arsenal on Sunday, the home supporters reacted by chanting: "Boring, boring Chelsea."
Mourinho strongly rejected that accusation, but he saw his trophy-laden first stint as Chelsea boss brought to an end in 2007 amid rumours Abramovich wanted to see the team play more attractive football.
Abramovich decided to buy the club after watching Manchester United's thrilling 4-3 Champions League second-leg victory over Real Madrid in 2003, and he is said to have made serious efforts to attract Pep Guardiola to Stamford Bridge after being impressed with the manner in which his Barcelona side dominated world football.
However, Mourinho said the Russian was delighted with Chelsea's draw at Arsenal as they close in on a first league title since 2010.
"Roman is very happy," Mourinho told reporters. "I saw him hugging the players in the dressing room after the game.
"He can be in Russia and live the game the same way [that] he lives it in a box at Stamford Bridge but, yes, I think he's happy and I think every Chelsea fan is happy if we win the title. If we win the title, we have a fantastic Premier League with everything."

Jay-Z defends Tidal... We're Doing Just Fine

Jay-Z is not giving up on Tidal despite negative responses from critics. A few days after the Tidal app got kicked out of the top 700 on the United States iPhone download chart and hence was deemed a flop, the rapper took to Twitter over the weekend to defend the streaming service he bought last month, saying it's "doing just fine."
"Tidal is doing just fine. We have over 770,000 subs. We have been in business for less than one month," he wrote in the first of a string of posts. "The iTunes Store wasn't built in a day. It took Spotify 9 years to be successful...We are here for the long haul. Please give us a chance to grow & get better."

"There are many big companies that are spending millions on a smear campaign. We are not anti-anyone, we are pro-artist & fan," he continued. "We made Tidal for fans. We have more than just music. We have video, exclusive concerts, tickets for events early, live sports! Tidal is where artists can give their fans more without the middlemen."

Hov went on addressing accusation that the service was a way to make big and rich artists to become bigger and wealthier, adding, "Indie artists who want to work directly w/ us keep of their music... Tidal pays 75% royalty rate to ALL artists, writers and producers - not just the founding members on stage. Rich getting richer? Equity values... YouTube $390 billion. Apple $760 billion. Spotify $8 billion. Tidal $60 million."

"Our actions will speak louder than words. We made Tidal to bring people the best experiences and to help artists give that to their fans over and over again," he concluded. "We are human (even Daft Punk ha). We aren't perfect - but we are determined."

Game of Thrones 5 S4 Preview- Rebellion in Meereen

A war is brewing in Meereen in the next episode of "Game of Thrones". Dany continues to face challenges as the Sons of Harpy apparently lead a rebellion against the Mother of Dragons who is ruling the land.

Meanwhile, another war is coming to King's Landing. Ellaria recruits Prince Oberyn's bastard daughters, Obara, Tyene and Nymeria, also known as Sand Snakes to avenge the death of their father.

Jaime gets into a fight, and in King's Landing Cersei tells the High Sparrow that there's "a great sinner in our very midst."
In the latest episode titled "High Sparrow", Jon Snow made his first brutal decision as the new Lord Commander of the Night's Watch. He personally beheaded Janos Slynt who repeteadly refused his order to take charge of Greyguard.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Kit Harington says, "That's a big change for Jon," who once couldn't kill Ygritte in season 3 "because he's too good of a person." Harington adds, "He had that moment again here. He's thinking: 'Can I kill a man in cold blood?' And this time he does it."

"I feel like somehow Jon knows, somehow deep down, that Slynt is an unjust man who's done bad things and that's what gives him the power to do that," he says of Slynt, who was leading the King's Landing City Watch and betrayed Ned in season 1.

7 Lies We Need to Stop Saying About Marriage

Young women are still implicitly taught that the only way to succeed is to find a husband and fulfill our "princess" role, as Rashida Jones once called it. Of course, the assumption is that without that overly expensive wedding, the flashy diamond ring, women are somehow not whole. There's still a presumption that there is some clear-cut divide between "single" and "taken," as Ann Friedman aptly noted at Talking Points Memo.
These are the myths we need to stop telling women about marriage.

A. Women need to get married to achieve true happiness

Long seen as the pinnacle of achievement in a young woman's life, marriage is not a golden ticket to happiness. Yes, some studies find marriage to be positively correlated with well-being. But the truth is that happiness is circumstantial and depends mostly on who you're with, not the institution itself.
"We each have a baseline of happiness, and marriage on average isn't going to change that — except for that little blip," Bella M. DePaulo, author of the book Singled Out, told WebMD, referring to a study that found married couples see a small spike in happiness after the wedding.
More importantly, there are so many things that contribute to a person's happiness: fulfilling careers, relationships, family, hobbies and lifelong friends, to name only a few.

B. Women are better off financially if they settle down early

If being single can feel expensive, then you might assume this myth to be true: The sooner a woman marries, the sooner she becomes financially secure. But according to "Knot Yet: The Benefits and Costs of Delayed Marriage," a 2013 study sponsored by the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy, women who are 30 or older when they first marry have higher average salaries than women who marry before 30 (as much as $18,000 more).
That's because delaying marriage affords women the time and opportunity to find financial security and a career path on their own. Turns out young women don't need partners to bankroll their life.

C. If you don't get married before 30, it will be too late

No, women do not have expiration dates after which they become un-weddable. In fact, being unmarried by 30 is actually more common than not: The median age for first marriage is now at a record high of 27 for women and 29 for men (versus in 1960, when the median first marriage age was 20 and 23, respectively). As Pew Research Center noted, "Today, just 20% of adults ages 18 to 29 are married, compared with 59% in 1960." Getting married after 30 is indeed possible, so we can put aside the idea of the spinster covered in cats. Just ask Tina Knowles.

D. Successful women can't also have successful marriages

Characters like Miranda Priestly would suggest that a woman who attempts to juggle a high-powered career can't possibly keep a family and marriage in the air, too. But we know that's just not true, even if women are working as much as men. Today, women are racking up about the same 55 hours of work a week as their husbands. Women's achievements don't weaken a marriage. If anything, they bring more to the table.

E. Most other women your age are getting married

The persistent recurrence of engagement season — with diamond rings and "He proposed!" statuses cluttering your Facebook – is enough to give any woman the perception that she is the only one her age not getting married. However, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, singles now outnumber married adults in America. In 2014, 50.2% of American adults were single, a record high. Don't give in to the social media hype – peer pressure went out of style in middle school.

F. You'll know you've met the "one" when you want to marry them

Historically, marriages have been about merging property and stabilizing family ties. It was only in the last few decades that romantically oriented, egalitarian marriages have been in vogue. Besides, marriage is a lot more than knowing if someone is the "one true love." Never-married women are looking for someone with similar ideas on raising children, a steady job and the same moral or religious beliefs. Healthy relationships are about more than finding a "soul mate."

G. The best way to celebrate marriage is a fancy wedding

The average American wedding now costs $31,213. But the couples celebrating their nuptials in a public garden might have the right idea: Studies indicate that couples who spend less on their wedding have a lower risk of divorce. The same holds true for couples who get hitched sans the expensive diamond rings. Ultimately, weddings should be about the lifelong commitment to someone, not the party that legalizes it. Break out the PBR.

Janet Jackson Nude Photos Surface Online

Alleged nude images of Janet Jackson have made their way online. On Friday, April 24, MediaTakeOut posted three photos of someone resembling the sister of Michael Jackson sunbathing on a lounge without any clothes.

The first photo showed the woman with small curls hairstyle holding tanning lotion as she's ready for sunbathing on a lounge covered with white towel. She wore light blue nail colors. One of her boobs was shown while she covered the other one with her arm.

In the second photo, the woman lied on the lounge while holding her legs with her private part clearly visible. The last photo showed her turning back as she was ready to get her back tanned.

There is no information on when or where the photos were taken, but they appear to have been taken when the woman in the photos was on her private property. MediaTakeOut wrote, "The Paparazzi VIOLATED Janet Jackson . . . They Snuck Some NEKKID PICS Of Her . . . While She Wasn't LOOKING!!!

If the pictures were authentic, Janet would be the latest celebrity to have her nude images spread online.

Tina Knowles Marriage to Richard Lawson is Blue Ivy's idea

Tina Knowles revealed that the decision to marry Richard Lawson came after Beyonce Knowles' daughter Blue Ivy Carter pushed them to get married. The mother of the songtress told People magazine that the idea came in September last year.

"[In September] we went on a boat with Beyonce and Jay-Z and when we came out one night dressed to go to dinner, Blue said, 'Oh, y'all look beautiful. When are y'all getting married?' " so Tina recalled. "Richard said, 'Oh, Blue, soon. Do you approve?' "

Tina and Richard tied the knot on Sunday, April 12 on a super yacht cruising around Newport Beach, California. On the boat that holds 300 capacity, Beyonce and his husband Jay-Z were seen onboard. Other relatives that included Solange Knowles and Blue were also spotted joining the lovely wedding party.

Tina said that she didn't think she would get married again after separating from Matthew Knowles in 2011, but things have changed. "There was a time when I doubted I would find love again," she told the magazine. "But I was determined to be happy and God sent somebody into my life. You can find love at any age. You just have to go for it."

Bruce Jenner Spotted with a black-and-white striped long dress Outside Malibu Home

Bruce Jenner was spotted sporting a black-and-white striped long dress with double slits on Tuesday, April 21. In some photos obtained by New York Daily News, the father of Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner was seen smoking cigarette on the patio of his Malibu house.

Bruce appeared to be twirling around when he checked out his reflection in the window. He appeared to wear black flat shoes when his dress was blown up by the wind. After spotting the camera, the 65-year-old reality star turned away to hide himself from paparazzi.

Bruce later reportedly called police to stop paparazzi from taking photos at his private building. According to TMZ, Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies paid a visit to Bruce's house to "hunt for the paparazzi who have been perched on a nearby hillside and taking aim with telephoto lenses."

The site reported that the photographers took pictures of Bruce from the same perch last week. At that time, Bruce threatened to call police if they came back.

It's illegal to use telephoto lenses to shoot the private locations of the people they're shooting. Bruce can get restraining order and take legal action against the paparazzi.

Dangerous: Family of SIX travel through the streets on a motorbike

Police in Argentina are hunting a family-of-six who crammed onto one motorbike before riding through the streets without helmets.
They were spotted driving through the city of San Miguel de Tucuman in Argentina's north-western province of Tucuman.
A man was pictured holding the handlebars of the bike while three young children straddled the petrol tank in front of him and a girl and a woman sat on the seat behind him.
It comes just weeks after a similar pictured emerged of a family of seven riding on the same motorbike though the city of Junin in Argentina's eastern province of Buenos Aires.
Describing the most recent case, passer-by Etel Ramirez Nazario, 46, said: 'It was shocking to see.
'Three little children who couldn't be more than three or four were all at the front, the dad was behind them.
'Behind him was another child who I'd say was about seven or eight and then the mum on the back.
'They were going pretty fast and none of them had helmets. I dread to think what would have happened if they had hit another car or fallen off.'
The family's actions were condemned on social media sites after pictures of the incident appeared online in Argentina.

Madonna hit with heavy criticism for texting during a Theater performance

Madonna was apparently hit with a sharp criticism for her poor audience etiquette during "Hamilton" show at the New York City's Public Theater. It's Lin-Manuel Miranda, a star, author and composer for "Hamilton", who blasted her after the 56-year-old singer was spotted texting during the show.

"Tonight was the first time I asked stage management NOT to allow a celebrity (who was texting all through Act 2) backstage #noselfieforyou," Miranda tweeted on Saturday night, April 18, referring to an unnamed celebrity audience. However, the post was later deleted.

A source in the audience believed that the message was for Madonna as the source saw Madonna was at the show and texting throughout the night. "It was definitely her," the source said. "She was texting, I believe, although at one point she also pulled out a Blackberry. She was also 20 minutes late and caused quite a stir getting to her seat."

After someone in the audience tapped her on the shoulder and told her to put her phone away, eventually the diva stopped texting. "To her credit, she did," the source added. However, Madonna considered the warning annoying, responding, "It's for business, enslavers!"

However, some people didn't believe that the tweet was for Madonna. "Some people are shocked by this, because Madonna was visibly tearing up, everybody there thought that she was very moved by it," a second source said.

Manchester City midfielder David Silva in hospital after elbow from Kouyate

David Silva has been taken to hospital as Manchester City fear he suffered a fractured cheekbone or collarbone in their 2-0 win over West Ham.
The Spaniard was stretchered off after a seven-minute delay after he was caught by the elbow of Cheikhou Kouyate.
The Hammers midfielder was booked but his manager, Sam Allardyce, insisted it was purely an accidental collision and claimed it was not even a foul.
And City manager Manuel Pellegrini said he did not believe Kouyate set out to injure Silva.
"It looked serious but we must wait to see what happens at the hospital [where they will] check his cheekbone," Pellegrini said in a news conference.
Pellegrini was unsure if Silva had been knocked unconscious but preferred not to blame Kouyate, adding: "I always think that a player doesn't want to damage another player. The referee was so near and he decided he was unintentional. Nothing more happens."
Allardyce defended the Senegalese, saying: "It was accidental. It was innocuous. I didn't think it was a foul. I just had a look now. Everybody thinks it is more serious attack from Cheikhou than it was. It wasn't deliberate at all."
The West Ham manager is yet to talk to the former Anderlecht player about it, adding: "No. Why? He has no idea, it has happened from behind him. I have seen the reaction from the video on the laptop."

The Growing Shoe: Pastor Kenton Lee Invented An Expanding Shoe That Can Solve Poverty Issues

Designer, inventor and Pastor Kenton Lee created the Shoe That Grows, an ingenious pair of expandable shoes for children that easily morph and grow in size and have a lifespan of around five years.
The idea came to Lee one day when he was walking to church while working in Nairobi, Kenya with HIV/AIDS orphans, and saw a young girl in her Sunday dress, but with shoes that were way too small for her.
"I'll never forget it. One day I was walking down a road with a group of kids from an orphanage where I was staying," Lee told the Daily Mail. "Next to me there was a girl in a white dress. As I looked down, her shoes were so small, and as I looked around, there were so many other kids with shoes that were too small for them."
The innovation was a collaboration between Lee and the company Proof of Concept. Together, they came up with a design for a shoe that expands in the front, the back and the side.
This project was overseen and launched by Because International, a charity for which Lee is also the executive director.
The shoes cost between $12 and $30, depending on the size of the order, and could be a cost-effective and simple way of saving millions of lives from easily preventable diseases, such as parasite infections.
The Shoe That Grows partners with other organizations on the ground in Ecuador, Haiti, Ghana and Kenya to get the shoes to those who need them most.
Toms Shoes has participated in a similar initiative through their One for One program, which gives a child in need a pair of shoes for every purchase. They've given away 35 million to date.
However, some have argued that Toms' lack of durability (people have reported a lifespan of anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 years) and inefficient business model mean their initiative is not actually all that effective.
And, of course, the shoes don't grow with the kids wearing them. The feet of children between the ages of 2 and 3 years-old, for example, grow roughly two full sizes a year, so normal shoes don't last long.
The hope, then, is that the Shoe That Grows will offer a more sustainable solution to what is a straightforward problem.
When something as simple as the absence of shoes can take a child's life, there's no excuse not to try and fix this.

Chris Brown shares on Instagram first photo together with daughter Royalty

Chris Brown posted on Instagram a first photo of him with his daughter Royalty on Thursday, April 16. In the image, he sports matching red hooded jumper with the 10-month-old little girl, who sits in his lap. He captioned the photo, "God has blessed me with my twin #Royalty," as he confirmed that the little brunette is his daughter.
A source said that the "No Air" singer wanted to spend more time with his daughter. Brown has reportedly asked his baby mama, model Nia Amey, to move to Los Angeles because it is the only way Brown can see his daughter everyday. "He asked Nia to move to L.A. with their daughter and he'll foot the bill for housing," the source said. "He's not romantically involved with Nia, but we're told he genuinely wants a meaningful relationship with Royalty. He's saying he'd like to see her every day.'

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice leaked online

Though the first trailer for the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was scheduled to be released Monday, what appears to be a very real version of the first trailer has already been leaked online, complete with Portuguese subtitles, an unclear origin and a shaky video capture. A teaser of the teaser was already posted Wednesday, but now we're already being treated to the first look at the full teaser trailer for the forthcoming superhero crossover film.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which is scheduled to premiere March 25, 2016, was directed by Zack Snyder and will feature Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill in the titular roles respectively, along with other big names such as Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter and Gal Gadot.
Few details are so far known about the film, but based on the leaked trailer, it appears the public has turned on Superman, calling him a "false god."
Following in the footsteps of the wildly successful Dark Knight trilogy, Batman v Superman also looks like it will take a decidedly darker approach to the story.
Though this darker direction will be in line with what most fans are used to from recent Batman films, it may be more of a departure for Superman, whose films are either the more straightforward Christopher Reeve quartet of the late '70s and '80s, 2006's mostly innocuous Superman Returns or 2013's Man of Steel, the first in the D.C. cinematic universe, which garnered mixed reviews.
Batman v Superman also marks the D.C. universe's foray into the increasingly popular crossover space in which the Marvel universe has been enjoying so much success and excitement with the Avengers films.
Time will tell whether Affleck's Batman will be able to live up to the bar set by Christian Bale's impressive performances and whether Snyder will be able to pull off what sounds like an idea that's equal parts extremely exciting and potentially very difficult to execute well. In the meantime, enjoy the leaked trailer while you still can — it may be removed soon.

Orthodox Israeli website cuts Kim Kardashian out of photo..she symbolizes pornography

News media magnet Kim Kardashian experienced a major photo cut out when an Orthodox Israeli website decided to cover her famous face with a dinner receipt. Kikar HaShabbat website cut the reality TV star from the original photo that showed her, husband Kanye West, and Jerusalem's Mayor Nir Barkat having a dinner at an undisclosed restaurant during their recent visit to the country. Besides blurring her face, the website wouldn't even refer to her by name in the article and instead mentioning her simply as Kanye's wife.
According to Nissim Ben Haim, an editor at the Kikar HaShabbat website, they removed Kim because they considered her as a "pornographic symbol" who contradicted ultra-Orthodox values. Furthermore, it was explained that "within the insular Ultra-Orthodox community, pictures of women often aren't shown out of modesty."
The Kikar HaShabbat website, additionally, took aim at the mayor for taking Kim and Kanye dining at a non-kosher restaurant. "Insensitive: Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat and his wife last night hosted Kanye West and his wife, who are visiting Israel at a [non-kosher] restaurant in the capital without considering the majority of city residents who keep kosher," so read the article in English.

Kim and Kanye were in the country to have their daughter North being baptized at the Cathedral of Sts. James in the historic Armenian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. During the visit, the celebrity couple took time to have dinner with Mayor Nir Barkat.

Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling might reunite for Romantic Musical 'La La Land'

Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, who previously co-starred in "Crazy, Stupid, Love." and "Gangster Squad", might reunite for romantic musical movie "La La Land". According to Deadline, Stone will play an aspiring actress, Mia, who's lonely and desperate to fit in, while Gosling will star as charismatic jazz pianist Sebastian.

The film is from "Whiplash" writer and director Damien Chazelle. Chazelle wrote "La La Land" before his Oscar-nominated drama "Whiplash". It is described as an old fashioned musical set in contemporary Los Angeles about a love story between a jazz pianist and an aspiring actress. When Chazelle was asked about the project, he said, "It's a contemporary love story. It's about two dreamers in Los Angeles who are trying to make it. Their dreams bring them together but also end up pulling them apart. It's about how you kind of balance life and art and your dream life with reality, which to me is what musicals are all about."

"La La Land" was initially planned to star Miles Teller and Emma Watson before the duo departed for other projects. Teller is reportedly making a deal to star in "Home Is Burning, while Watson will star as Belle in "Beauty and the Beast (2017)".

BBC Two's Inside Harley Street drew 1.3 million (5.8%) while Gotham attracted 800,000 (3.4%) to Channel 5.
The eagerly-awaited return of HBO fantasy drama Game of Thrones was up 29% on last year's season four launch.
That 2014 episode was seen by 1.2 million viewers, across both an overnight simulcast with the US and a 21:00 BST repeat, indicating how the once cult show has increased in popularity to become a mainstream hit.
The season five premiere delivered Sky Atlantic's best overnight audience figures to date, just behind Channel 4's Skint, which was seen by 1.6 million people - a 6.9% of the audience.
Overnight figures show ITV drama Code of a Killer was Monday night's most-watched programme in the 21:00 to 22:00 BST timeslot, securing 4.5 million viewers and a 21% audience share, while BBC One's Masterchef was seen by 4.3 million (18.4%).

Real Madrid favourites to win this season's Champions League trophy- study

Real Madrid are the most likely to win this season's Champions League trophy, according to a study by the CIES Football Observatory.
The study looked at three particular performance indicators -- Experience; Squad Stability and Transfer Policy -- before comparing with those of the last five winners: Inter Milan (2010); Barcelona (2011); Chelsea (2012); Bayern (2013); Real Madrid (2014).
In the Experience category, the last five previous winners gathered players with a total experience of 865 matches in the competition. This season, only three out of the eight teams that qualified for the quarterfinals in the 2014-15 edition have squads with such experience: Bayern Munich (932), Real Madrid (911) and Barcelona (864), with PSG the next at 569.
Madrid (312) and Barcelona (311) also score highly when the number of international players who have played for their countries are taken into consideration, with Bayern's 244 games coming some way off the previous five winners' score of 293.
In Squad Stability, the last five Champions League winners had players who were present in the first team squad for 3.5 years on average. Again, only Barcelona (4.00) and Real Madrid (3.83) came in over the average, while while Bayern (3.41) and Juventus (3.15) both came close.
To measure the level of cohesion, the study found that, on average, the last five Champions League winners had to incorporate an average of 2.6 new players. The fact that Madrid scored (2.08) highlights more stability than FC Porto who finished top in this category with 4.89 new players.
Finally, the ability of clubs to assemble experienced and stable squads also depends on financial clout. Only three of the teams qualified for the quarterfinals -- Real Madrid (€590 million), PSG (€443m) and Barcelona (€336m) -- have invested more than the €307m average transfer expenditure of the last five winners.
Clearly, the success of clubs like Dortmund who spent €56m and reached the final in 2012-13 means that there are exceptions, but money talks and of the three categories investigated by the study, Real Madrid come out on top to defend their title.

Hillary Clinton set to announce her Presidential ambition on Sunday

Hillary Clinton is jumping back in the ring. The former secretary of state will formally announce her 2016 bid Sunday, according to the Guardian. The news that Clinton would announce this weekend was first reported by Business Insider.
Clinton will make it official through a message on social media, then with an email to supporters and a video on her website, according to the Guardian. She will then travel to Iowa and New Hampshire, CNN reported Friday morning. The announcement comes a little more than a week after Politico revealed Clinton's staff would be headquartered in Brooklyn, New York.
In 2007, Clinton declared on a Sunday, writing on her website, "I'm in and I'm in to win." This second effort at fulfilling that original promise caps off years of speculation, initially over whether she would try it at all. That was decided months ago, but questions about everything from who she would hire to run the coming campaign — it will be 35-year-old Robby Mook — to her plans for the "Ready for Hillary" crew, have persisted. Clinton is expected to integrate a number of those true believers into a larger organization including President Barack Obama's top campaign pollster, Joel Benenson, and a slew of recently hired political operatives.
Unbeatable? Clinton enters the Democratic field as an overwhelming favorite. A Quinnipiac poll released Wednesday focused strictly on how she would fare in general election contests against a series of early Republican frontrunners, essentially ignoring the possibility that Clinton could lose the nominating contest. (The survey found Clinton losing support in battleground states like Florida and Colorado.)
