Breaking News: Facebook Just Got Shutdown

 

Facebook has been having issues of keeping their uptime stable.
They are down right now.
The company’s servers aren’t responding right now and users are scrambling to other platforms wondering if they’re the only ones having troubles of if the issues are widespread.
The problems don’t seem to be limited to a single area, however, but seem rather widespread, with people from the United States, Europe, Asia and Africa complaining about the issue. 

The extremely popular platform hasn’t exactly been working to its full potential in recent days, with users reporting slow loading times.
Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, it looks like the service disruption has reached all corners of the world, which is rather uncommon for Facebook. It’s not the first time that the service has become unavailable, but issues are usually restricted to small areas, which indicates that the problems the company is facing right now are more serious than usual.
Let’s hope that this isn’t an ongoing attack and that user data isn’t currently in danger. We reached out to Facebook and will update if we hear back. The company has yet to make an official statement on any of its channels.
