Frank Lampard opens about his relationship with fiancée Christine Bleakley

Frank Lampard opens about his relationship with fiancée Christine Bleakley

Frank Lampard has opened his heart to talk about his relationship with Christine Bleakley.
The Chelsea footballer said during an interview with Red magazine, that his TV presenter love is his ‘best friend’.
‘People say opposites attract, but when you live together, you need to be harmonious, and she’s my best friend,’ Lampard, 35, told the magazine.
‘She’s made me content,’ he continues. ‘That sounds soppy, but I’ve been very happy since I’ve been with her. Our personalities are very similar. I’ve got a lot of respect for what she says – she’s sharp.
'I bounce my problems off her, and I’d like to think I help her with her stuff, too.’
Frank also reveals how much he loves the fact his daughters, from his relationship with Elen Rivas; get on so well with Christine, 35.
‘[Christine and the girls] will now gang up on me,’ the footballer said.  ‘For me, that’s great, because going into a relationship, the step-parent role is hard. To get to the point where I see the girls saying, “We’ve got Chris, and we’re doing this,” is brilliant.’
He added: ‘I had a year of being a single dad and it was tough. Even now, we have our moments – when I’ve come back from work and I’ve lost, and they’ve made a mess in their room, you get frustrated.
‘It’s certainly helped me having Christine and the bond that has grown between her and the girls.’
With his daughters now nearing their teenage years, Frank says he doesn’t want to spoil them, so they can go out and earn their own money when the time comes, and appreciate it more.
He said: ‘Emotionally, I give them loads and as much time as I can; and at Christmas and birthdays, I do my best – but I don’t want to get carried away, because I don’t want a brat of 13 or 14.
‘I want them to go out and earn their own money and enjoy it. They get £5 a week pocket money, but they have to make their beds, tidy their rooms and show good manners.’
He may soon be seeing a lot more of his girls as Frank is unsure how long he’ll be at Stamford Bridge, or in the game of football.
'I don’t know if I’ll be at Chelsea next season... you know your shelf life, so I started to mentally prepare when I hit 30. I’ve been doing this for a long time, so there’s a part of me that’s looking forward to the future.’

Wenger signs new Arsenal deal

Arsene wenger

Arsenal have confirmed manager Arsene Wenger has signed a new contract with the club.
Wenger, who is the Premier League's longest-serving manager, has put pen to paper on a three-year deal that ties him to Emirates Stadium until May 2017.
The former Monaco boss said he would agree a new deal with the Gunners, with his previous terms due to expire in the summer.
Wenger had come under pressure after a slump in form in the Premier League, but ending their nine-year wait for a trophy by winning the FA Cup at Wembley in May lifted the mood at the club.
The Frenchman told the club's official website: "I want to stay and to continue to develop the team and the club. We are entering a very exciting period. We have a strong squad, financial stability and huge support around the world.
"We are all determined to bring more success to this club. The club has always shown faith in me and I'm very grateful for that. We have gone through fantastic periods and also periods where we have had to stick together.
"Every time when that togetherness was tested I got the right response. I think I have shown some loyalty as well towards this club and hopefully we can make some more history. I am sure we can."
Asked about building another great Arsenal team, Wenger added: "It's time for another one. It's the start of a new team and I believe [the FA Cup] victory was crucial in that belief.
"We have shown signs the whole season that we can be a great side and now it's [important] of course to have another successful season. We know we have to... have a successful June and July, that's where you strengthen the team.
"It's very important that we are good now in the next two months until the end of August, that we can give to the team some more quality."
Asked about the fans expecting a big summer, Wenger said: "Yes, they should expect that. What I can promise is that we work very hard on a market that is very, very congested with many people who have a lot of money.
"But we have a big advantage, players want to join us and if we find the right quality I'm sure we can strengthen the team."
Wenger is optimistic that financial fair play rules will work to Arsenal's advantage.
He said: "I believe [the club is in a strong position] because of the fact that we have built a stadium, the fact that we have paid a big part of the debt back and the weight of the debt back now is not as strong and heavy as it was before. The fact that the Financial Fair Play rule comes in hopefully will stop (the) craziness that happened in this (transfer) market.
"With these two [things] together, I think we can fight on a more even level than before."
Wenger took over at Arsenal in 1996 and has led the team to three Premier League titles and five FA Cup triumphs -- managing the Double in 1997-98 and 2001-02.
Arsenal's majority shareholder, Stan Kroenke, said: "Sustained excellence is the hardest thing to achieve in sport and the fact Arsenal has competed at the top of the game in England and Europe throughout the time Arsene has been manager, is the ultimate testimony to his consistency of performance, talent and ambition.
"We are delighted with the FA Cup success which has added to his already outstanding record. Under his guidance we look forward to adding more trophies in future seasons."
After joining the club from Nagoya Grampus Eight, Wenger's methods revolutionised Arsenal, overseeing an unbeaten campaign and developing star names such as Thierry Henry and Patrick Vieira.
Following impressive success in North London, Wenger struggled to replicate those heights, going close in 2006 when losing to Barcelona in the Champions League final and again in 2011 after falling to defeat versus Birmingham in the League Cup showpiece.
But, after overseeing the club during their change of stadium from Highbury to the Emirates, Wenger broke the side's transfer record last summer with the 42.4 million-pound signing of Mesut Ozil from Real Madrid.
Arsenal led the Premier League table for the first half of the 2013-14 campaign before suffering from a drop in form and ultimately finishing fourth -- qualifying for the Champions League for a 17th straight year in the process.
They went on to hold their nerve in the FA Cup last month, beating Hull 3-2 in extra-time at Wembley.
Wenger has been tipped to again spend big this summer as he looks to use the momentum of the FA Cup success and sustain a challenge for the league title.

Brad Pitt Attacker 'Vitalii Sediuk' Banned From Hollywood Events

Brad Pitt Attacker 'Vitalii Sediuk' Banned From Hollywood Events

A former Ukrainian journalist named Vitalii Sediuk has been banned from upcoming Hollywood events after he allegedly attacked Brad Pitt at the premiere of "Maleficent" on Wednesday, May 28. During his court appearance on Friday, Sediuk pleaded no contest to battery and unlawful activity at an event.

The red carpet prankster then was ordered to stay at least 500 yards away from Hollywood blocks where awards shows and movie premieres are usually held. He was ordered to stay away from Pitt and Angelina Jolie. He was additionally sentenced to 36 months probation and ordered to pay a $220 fine, undergo psychological counseling for one year and complete 20 days of community service.

Prior to the incident with Pitt, the 25-year-old man has targeted other stars at various events. He previously made headlines after he tried to kiss Will Smith and was slapped by the actor. He then crashed Adele's stage at the Grammy's and got arrested. Sediuk also hugged Bradley Cooper at the crotch and put his head under America Ferrera's dress.

Ukrainian TV station 1+1 has confirmed that Sediuk was fired about three weeks prior to the "Maleficent" incident. "(Sediuk) no longer represents the interests of the company. The prank on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival was Vitalii's personal initiative. The journalist did not report his plans to the channel's Editorial Office," a spokesperson for the TV station explained.

Transgender Actress 'Laverne Cox' on Time Magazine Cover

Transgender Actress 'Laverne Cox' on Time Magazine Cover
Laverne Cox graces the cover of Time magazine's June 9 issue. The "Orange Is the New Black" star becomes the first transgender woman who is featured on the magazine's front page. Cox, who is also an activist, sports a skin tight blue dress on the cover and talks about her attempt to commit suicide due to bullying in an accompanying interview.
"I learned in church that [being gay] was a sin," she says. "I just imagined that I was disappointing [my grandmother in heaven] and it just was devastating for me. So I went to the medicine cabinet and got a bottle of pills. And took them. And swallowed them. And went to sleep, hoping not to wake up. And I did wake up, with a really bad stomachache. I don't remember what the pills were. Whatever it was, I thought that they would kill me but they didn't."
In the interview, the transgender actress reveals that some members of the school band hit her with drumsticks as a boy because of his feminine appearance. "My third grade teacher called my mom and said, 'Your son is going to end up in New Orleans wearing a dress.' Up until that point I just thought that I was a girl and that there was no difference between girls and boys," she recalls.
"Going to a therapist and the fear of God being placed in me about ending up in New Orleans wearing a dress, that was a profoundly shaming moment for me. I associated it with being some sort of degenerate, with not being successful," she explains.
Thanks to the internet, people nowadays may connect to others who face similar problems. "There's just so many resources out there now that it makes you feel like you're less alone and gives some sort of sense of, okay, this is who I am and this is what I'm going through, as opposed to being 'What the f*** is wrong with me?' That was what I grew up with," Cox shares.

Bacary Sagna confirmed his Arsenal departure

Bacary Sagna confirmed his Arsenal departure

Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna has confirmed to L'Equipe that he will be leaving the Gunners this summer.
Sagna, 31, is currently preparing with France for the upcoming World Cup but will not return to Emirates Stadium after the tournament in Brazil after rejecting Arsenal's offer of a new contract.
"It is no longer a secret, I am leaving Arsenal, it is a certainty," Sagna told L'Equipe. "Arsenal made an effort but the discussions did not go in the direction that I wanted.
"It was an honor to grow in the shirt. Arsenal is a club that brought me a lot, both as a person and as a sportsman. Even though we had been criticised for quite some time due to the lack of trophies, I had some magical moments. If I had to do, I'd do it again."
"There are a lot of calls, a lot of speculation. Frankly, it gives headaches. I'll sort it all out that before the start of the World Cup."
The full-back, whose current deal is about to expire, has been heavily tipped to join Premier League champions Manchester City on a free transfer.
Should Sagna complete a move to City, he would become the fourth Arsenal player to head to the Etihad Stadium in recent years, following in the footsteps of Kolo Toure, Emmanuel Adebayor and Samir Nasri.
The France international joined Arsenal from Auxerre in 2007 and has established himself as one of Europe's most consistent right-backs, winning a place in the Premier League Team of the Year in both 2008 and 2011.

Exclusive: First picture of the baby born to the jailed Sudanese mother who is sentenced to HANG for marrying a Christian

Sleeping peacefully in the arms of her father, this is precious baby Maya born in jail to the woman facing execution in Sudan for marrying a Christian U.S. citizen.
Our exclusive picture shows father Daniel Wani holding his daughter for the first time.
Daniel's wife Meriam Ibrahim gave birth to Maya five days early in the hospital wing at Omdurman Federal Women’s Prison in North Khartoum yesterday.
Meriam has spent the past four months shackled to the floor in a disease-ridden jail after being sentenced to death by hanging earlier this month for converting from Islam to Christianity and marrying a Christian man.
Her lawyer Mohaned Mustafa Elnour said the couple are 'happy and proud' of their new arrival and that it has brought a momentary ray of light to an otherwise bleak and desperate situation.
Mr Elnour: 'This is a special moment for them. Daniel is delighted that he is able to see his new daughter so soon.
'The family are taking some time to enjoy the birth before they return to fighting the injustice of Meriam's sentence.'

Nigeria's 'Super Eagles' Head Coach 'Keshi' dismisses match-fixing

watch the evidence below

Nigeria coach Stephen Keshi has dismissed allegations of match-fixing following a mistake from his goalkeeper Austin Ejide against Scotland on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, a report on match-fixing was made on this website that officers from the National Crime Agency were investigating attempts to fix the match at Fulham's Craven Cottage ground.
The match went ahead despite those claims, which are under police investigation, and ended in a 2-2 draw after Uche Nwofor scored a late leveller.
However, an error from goalkeeper Ejide was the subject of contention after he spilled the ball into his own net, only to see the goal ruled out by referee Lee Probert for a foul by Grant Hanley.

Speaking after the match, Keshi, whose side face Argentina, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Iran at this summer's World Cup, said: "We did [talk about it] because it's something ridiculous, something that we don't know where it's coming from.
"We're not gamblers, we are football players. I don't even know where that is coming from, we don't know what happened, match-fixing or no match-fixing.
"This is the first time I've been a coach or been a player and the first time I'm hearing this, match-fixing. I don't think it had anything to do with our build-up or the game."

Yaya Toure 'annoyed' by PSG reports

Yaya Toure has backtracked on comments he would welcome a move to Paris Saint-Germain, telling RFI: "There's nothing planned."
The Manchester City midfielder, 31, caused a stir when he told France Football earlier this week he would be honoured to play for PSG.
However, in an interview with RFI, the former Monaco and Olympiakos man refuted suggestions a move to the Parc des Princes was likely, and blamed the media for twisting his words.
"I want to take advantage of this opportunity to put things into context. It's very important. I simply said that it was nice to be a player who is quite coveted, and it was an honour to play for PSG," the Ivory Coast international, who is under contract at City until 2017, explained.
"The media took what I said out of context. For the moment, there's nothing planned. Too many things have been said, that annoyed me."
Following a punishing but title-winning Premier League campaign, Toure is currently undergoing treatment on a minor left thigh strain in Qatar before teaming up with the Ivory Coast World Cup squad in the USA on May 29.
"My objective is the World Cup, because the country expects," Toure said. "Everything went well with the doctors. They did some great work. It's difficult with that kind of injury, but I am going to be quickly back out on the pitch."

protest against Instagram anti-nudity policy- as Scout Willis goes topless for New York stroll

When it comes to a protest, Scout Willis certainly knows how to get attention to her cause.
The 22-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis went completely topless for a stroll in New York City on Tuesday in a bid to highlight her disagreement with Instagram's policy against female nudity.

Using hashtag #FreeTheNipple, Scout captioned one shot: 'Legal in NYC but not on @instagram,' while on another, she wrote 'What @instagram won't let you see.'
In one shot, Scout is brazenly striding along a Manhattan street wearing just a floral skirt and flat shoes with a handbag worn over one arm.
In another, she is seen shopping at a market stall for fresh flowers.
The sometime model and actress is intent on protesting Instagram’s rules prohibiting the use of female nudity - even in the context of women sharing their battles against breast cancer.

'If you don't like what you see, simply unfollow me,' she said in one tweet. 'My comfort with my body should not be dictated by how others perceive me. However, I don't wish to force this view on anyone.'
Scout highlighted her problem with the popular social networking site by sarcastically posting a shot from venture capitalist Dan Bilzerian's Instagram account showing a scantily clad buxom women.
'@instagram pictures of breast cancer survivors have been flagged+deleted but this is super #sick and #hot amiright???' she wrote alongside the image.
Judging by a series of tweets posted over the last few weeks, Scout's protest appeared to stem from Instagram suspending her account for posting a photo of a sweatshirt she designed called The Babe Bomber featuring two topless women.
'@instagram there is no way 2 contact you directly, I would really appreciate response b/c you took a lot of memories from me b/c u h8 nips,' she wrote in one post.
'Can I please just have all my photos back??? I won't even have an account anymore I just want my photos!,' she added.
And in another post, she announced she was 'boycotting' Instagram, while revealing she was thinking of starting a new account 'as an experiment.'
She wrote: 'Only beautiful artistic nudes. And let's see how long till I get kicked off.'
Scout's protest comes a few weeks after a Canadian mother's Instagram was briefly shut down after she posted photographs of herself breastfeeding.
After protesting her case, Heather Bays's account was reinstated but with around seven photographs removed.
Instagram says it allows breastfeeding pictures but 'photos that show a fully exposed breast where the child isn't actively engaged in nursing aren't following our Community Guidelines.'
Under its terms of use, Instagram tells users: 'You may not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service.'

The Pope Just Made a Radical Statement that could tranform the catholic church

The Pope Just Made a Radical Statement that could tranform the catholic church

The news: Pope Francis made an unprecedented statement this week relating to priest celibacy.
On Tuesday, the pope said that it is not dogma that clergyman must be celibate. In other words, it's OK to have sex. Francis spoke about priests abstaining from sex and said, "It is a rule of life that I appreciate very much, and I think it is a gift for the church. But since it is not a dogma, the door is always open." Therefore, there is room for discussion of the 1,000-year-old Catholic rule, which means that it could potentially change.
But while the notion may be radical for the Catholic Church, Francis has a running history of modernizing religious sentiment during his papacy thus far.
At 78 years old, the Buenos Aires-born pontiff has been ushering in revolutionary ideas about where his political, moral, and ethical compass lies. An overwhelming 85% of Americans view him favorably and 68% of U.S. Catholics think Pope Francis represents a major change for the better, according to a recent study by the Pew Research Center.
After a little over a year into his tenure, here is a look back at how Pope Francis is completely breaking with tradition and turning Catholicism into something fashionable:
In July 2013, Pope Francis said, "Who am I to judge?" Francis was responding to a reporter's question about the status of gay priests in the Church. The Pope has repeatedly clarified that the Church's purpose is not to condemn sinners for falling short of complying with Catholic law, especially in terms of issues with sexual or gender orientation. The Church is supposed to celebrate God's merciful love for any and all people.
He drives a hipster-worthy vintage car. The pontiff drives a donated vintage 1984 Renault 4 around the grounds of the Vatican. (His predecessor was often transported in luxury vehicles like a BMW X5 and a Mercedes.)
Pope Francis chose to not live in the Apostolic Palace. Completely breaking from Vatican tradition, Francis lives instead in a suite of rooms in the residence, Casa Santa Maria. He wrote of his decision saying, "I'm visible to people and I lead a normal life – a public Mass in the morning, I eat in the refectory with everyone else, et cetera. All this is good for me and prevents me from being isolated."
Francis has graced the covers of several magazines, including the New Yorker, Rolling Stone, Time, and The Advocate, which is a gay and lesbian magazine.
He advocates for improvement in the lives of the impoverished. In 2013, Francis said, "In this system, which tends to devour everything which stands in the way of increased profits, whatever is fragile, like the environment, is defenseless before the interests of a deified market, which becomes the only rule. Inequality eventually engenders a violence which recourse to arms cannot and never will be able to resolve.
The pontiff criticized the situation between Israel and Palestinians as "unacceptable." Over this past weekend, the pope stopped at a concrete graffiti-covered barrier that separates Bethlehem from Israel. Francis stopped to pray, touching his head against the vandalized wall. He said, "There is a need to intensify efforts and initiatives aimed at creating the conditions for a stable peace based on justice, on the recognition of rights for every individual, and on mutual security." And the road to peace "must resolutely be pursued, even if each side has to make certain sacrifices."
Whether by driving a hipster-esque car, living in a modest apartment, or reshaping Catholic principles about sexual orientation or celibate priests, Pope Francis is definitely bringing a much needed updated image to Catholicism. And its name is: cool.

Man United owner Malcolm Glazer dies age 85

Man United owner Malcolm Glazer dies age 85

Manchester United owner Malcolm Glazer died on Wednesday at age 85.
Glazer, who bought United in 2005, also owned the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who announced his death on their website.
The reclusive Palm Beach, Florida, businessman had been in failing health since April 2006 when a pair of strokes left him with impaired speech and limited mobility in his right arm and leg.
Under Glazer's ownership, United won the Premier League five times, as well as the Champions League in 2008.
"The thoughts of everyone at Manchester United are with his family tonight," the Premier League club said.
His $1.47-billion (790 million pounds) takeover of Manchester United involved a large amount of debt and was bitterly opposed by fans. United fans protested and burned Glazer's likeness in effigy because they feared the American was acquiring the storied club purely for financial gain.
At the time, Mark Longden of the Independent Manchester United Supporters Association, said his group was "calling on all supporters to wear black. If they can get hold of black flags, they should wave them because it represents what is happening to the club."
Although United's debt has dropped from a high of high of $1.1 billion in 2008-09 to $590 million, anger toward the Glazers has remained among sections of the fan base. The family's divisiveness in Manchester has been exacerbated by its reluctance to engage with any supporters or speak publicly about the club.
Glazer appointed his sons Joel and Avram as joint chairmen of United's board, and the family's ownership of the club is not expected to change. Malcolm Glazer was not a member of the United board, while his other children -- Kevin, Bryan, Darcie and Edward -- are club directors.
The Glazer family controls 90 percent of the club shares, which went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2012.
Manchester United's brief statement did not refer to the future of the club, but the Buccaneers, who won a Super Bowl under Glazer's ownership in 2003, said a succession plan will assure the NFL franchise remains in the family, with his wife, Linda, and children continuing as owners.
"Malcolm Glazer was the guiding force behind the building of a Super Bowl-champion organization. His dedication to the community was evident in all he did, including his leadership in bringing Super Bowls to Tampa Bay,'' NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said.
Born in Rochester, New York, the son of a watch-parts salesman, Glazer began working for the family business when he was 8 and took over the operation as a teenager when his father died in 1943.
As president and CEO of First Allied Corp., the holding company for the family business interests, he invested in mobile-home parks, restaurants, food service equipment, marine protein, television stations, real estate, natural gas and oil production and other ventures.
In March 2010, Forbes ranked him as tied for the world's 400th richest person, estimating his net worth at $2.4 billion.
The Buccaneers announced that the Glazer family would host a private family funeral service, with a public memorial to be announced later.

Qatar 2022 World Cup Preparation- As Qatar puts its foot down on female tourists dress code

Qatar has issued a decree advising tourists that leggings are not considered pants and are not modest enough to wear in public.
Leggings have been singled out in pamphlets distributed by the Gulf state as inappropriate attire for tourists in the notoriously strict Islamic country.

The Reflect Your Respect campaign, launched by the Qatar Islamic Cultural Center, has listed some advice and tips for tourists on how to dress modestly in preparation for the 2022 Football World Cup it is hosting.

The pamphlets ask visitors to help preserve Qatar's culture and values. They state: 'If you are in Qatar, you are one of us. Please dress modestly in public places.'
It then adds: 'Leggings are not pants.'
The campaign uses social media to help get its message across, including the use of its own Twitter account.

There are a range of other recommendations included in the campaign that visitors need to be wary of if planning to travel to Qatar.
The campaign has received a mixed reaction online.

One person responded: 'If this campaign ran in the UK it would be blasted for being "racist". Why is it suddenly acceptable elsewhere, regardless of religious or cultural beliefs? Basic human rights should be accepted globally, not just where some see fit.'

Police probe into alleged match-fixing of World Cup friendly between Scotland and Nigeria in London

An investigation has been launched into todays World Cup friendly between Scotland and Nigeria over claims of attempted match-fixing.
The National Crime Agency has been in talks with both FIFA and the Scottish Football Association (SFA) after receiving intelligence of potential bids to rig the game.
The game to be played today Wednesday at Fulham's Craven Cottage ground in London is part of a string of warm-up matches ahead of the tournament in Brazil next month.

Confirming the probe, the SFA has revealed that it has been 'liaising' with police for three days after they were given a tip off concerning the clash.
Believed to involve the Asian betting market, there have been no specific indications as to whether the attempted scam involves spot fixing or match outcome.
There is no suggestion of players being involved in tomorrow's potential scam.
SFA Chief executive Stewart Regan tonight stated that the governing body are taking the issue very seriously.
He said: ‘We have been liaising with the relevant authorities, the National Crime Agency and FIFA, and we will be preparing for the match as normal.’
The NCA, which investigates organized crime, and FIFA both declined to comment on the report.
The Gambling Commission have already issued an alert to UK betting operators to be vigilant over irregular betting patterns in four friendlies taking place on Wednesday night – one of which is Nigeria v Scotland.
The others are USA v Azerbaijan in San Francisco, South Korea’s game with Tunisia in Seoul, Denmark v Sweden in Copenhagen and Mexico v Israel in Mexico City.

Nigeria's First Lady Response to Letter 'Letter to Boko Haram' given her by Some Kids Celebrating childrens Day

Nigeria's First Lady Response to Letter 'Letter to Boko Haram' given her by Some Kids Celebrating childrens Day
Some Nigerian children who paid a courtesy visit to First Lady Patience Jonathan today in Abuja to mark the Children's Day celebration seized the opportunity to hand her letters they wrote to Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau protesting the abduction of the Chibok girls and asked the First Lady to pass the letter to him.
Mama Peace received the letter but immediately told the children that she doesn't know who Shekau is but would give their letters to the Chief of Defence Staff who would help deliver it accordingly..
"Let me thank the children that gave me letter to give Boko Haram. Well, I have received your letter, but I’m not the one to give it to Boko Haram because I don’t know Boko Haram and I have never seen Boko Haram. But I will give it to NSA or Chief of Defence Staff who will submit your letter accordingly. To my children parliament, thank you for your letter. Thank you for your deliberation. I have received what you gave to me. I will make sure I pass it to the president because it is addressed to him and the other one is addressed to Boko Haram. That is why the two are different.” she said
Mama Peace advised the children and Nigerians in general to desist from speaking evil or reigning abuses on the President, saying he is the head of the country as God has made him so. She drew her advice from the bible
"It is bad to abuse our country and the president because God has made him the head. The almighty God commands us to pray for our leaders. We therefore need to pray for the development of our country and the president.
Remember that a child that abuses his father and mother is disobeying God’s commandment because the bible says in Exodus 20:12 that you should honour your father and mother so that you may live long in the land that the Lord your God has given you. The holy Bible is not referring to only biological parents. Any one that is older than you even for a day must be respected. Let us therefore join hands and rebuild our country Nigeria” she advised

Toure talk of a possible PSG move

Toure talk of a possible PSG move

Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has cast further doubt on his future by saying it would be "an honour" to play for Paris Saint-Germain.
Over the last week there were reports that all was not well with the Ivory Coast midfielder after his agent complained the player was not respected enough by the club's hierarchy, even suggesting the 31-year-old was unhappy his recent birthday was not marked properly.
Dimitry Seluk said last Tuesday he rated Toure staying at City as "50-50" and the player's comments about PSG will only increase speculation he is looking to move on.
"Given the goals of Paris, how could you not be interested in a club like that?" Toure told France Football. "PSG have become one of the strongest teams in Europe. It would be an honour to one day play for a club like that. If I can be of service..."
In the interview, the midfielder did little to play down suggestions a summer move could be on the cards.
"Given the magnificent season Manchester City have had, everyone talks about me and everything is open," he added. "My agent, Dimitry, is hanging on the telephone and he knows what he has to do, I have complete confidence in him. Nobody knows what can happen tomorrow, my attention is on the World Cup and we will see afterwards.
"Yes, I have said I would like to finish my career at Barcelona. You never know because football moves quickly, you never know."
Seluk reiterated his view from last week that Toure should be offered a job on City's backroom staff when he finishes playing. "A role at City after his [playing] career? Of course. Like Real Madrid have done with [Zinedine] Zidane, for example," he said. "Zidane played there and afterwards began working for the club.
"Yaya will need a club in the future. We do not want more money or a longer contract, anything like that, just the right attention. More attention on Yaya, and that he feels happy at the club, that is the most important thing.
"I will tell you one more time, we do not need more money."

The Sudanese Pregnant woman facing death for apostasy gives birth in prison

A doctor who is facing execution in Sudan for marrying a Christian gave birth to a baby girl in prison today.
Meriam Ibrahim, who has spent the past four months shackled to the floor in a disease-ridden jail, gave birth five days early.
The baby was born in the hospital wing at Omdurman Federal Women’s Prison in North Khartoum and is said to be healthy.
Her lawyer Mohaned Mustafa Elnour said: 'This is some good news in what has been a terrible ordeal for Meriam.

'I am planning to visit her with her husband Daniel later today. I think they are going to call the baby Maya.’
Meriam, 27, was sentenced to death by hanging earlier this month after being found guilty of converting from Islam to Christianity and marrying a Christian man, U.S. citizen Daniel Wani, who lives in Manchester, New Hampshire.
She will receive 100 lashes before she is executed - sometime in the next two years.
Before the birth, Meriam made the defiant claim that she would rather die than give up her faith.
In a heart-wrenching conversation with her husband during a rare prison visit, Meriam told him: 'If they want to execute me then they should go ahead and do it because I’m not going to change my faith.’
An Islamic Sharia judge said she could be spared the death penalty if she publicly renounced her faith and becomes a Muslim once more.
Meriam insists she has always been a Christian and told her husband she could not 'pretend to be a Muslim' just to spare her life.
She told him: 'I refuse to change. I am not giving up Christianity just so that I can live.
'I know I could stay alive by becoming a Muslim and I would be able to look after our family, but I need to be true to myself.’
Daniel, a 27-year-old biochemist, revealed his wife’s defiant stance
at his modest home in the dusty Sudanese capital city of Khartoum.Sitting beneath glamorous photographs of his wife taken at their wedding in December 2011, he said: 'My wife is very, very strong. She is stronger than me.
'When they sentenced her to death I broke down and tears were streaming down my eyes. Our lawyers were passing me tissues. But she stayed strong.
'She did not flinch when she was sentenced. It was amazing to see, particularly because she is the one facing the death penalty.’
Daniel was in Khartoum trying to arrange for Meriam and their 20-month-old son Martin to live with him in the US when his wife was arrested in September. She was three weeks pregnant with their second child.
She has been held since February in Omdurman Federal Women’s Prison, North Khartoum, with Martin.

The authorities will not release Martin into the care of his father because they claim he is a Muslim too.
She spends much of her time shackled to the floor, is not receiving enough nutrition in her food to cope with the rigours of a difficult pregnancy and is rarely allowed outside.
Both she and her bewildered son have contracted various illnesses because of the poor sanitation at the jail.

UEFA charges Atletico Madrid Manager 'Simeone' and Real Player 'Alonso'

UEFA has announced that disciplinary proceedings have been opened against Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone and Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso following the Champions League final last Saturday.
Simeone faces action after his "dismissal from the bench" while UEFA cites a "breach of general principles of conduct" regarding Alonso.

Atletico's Simeone confronted Real defender Raphael Varane during extra time of his side's 4-1 loss in Lisbon, before being reprimanded by the referee for his actions.
Simeone's case will be dealt with by the UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body on July 17.
UEFA does not provide specifics of Alonso's charge, although footage has shown the Spaniard, who was suspended for the final, leaving his seat and running along the touchline.
Both sides have also been charged for receiving more than five yellow cards each.

First Official look inside Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's lavish Italian wedding

It was without doubt the wedding event of the year.
Now, the first official photos of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's lavish Italian ceremony, that took place on Saturday at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence, have been revealed by E!.
In the first picture, the couple look absolutely over-the-moon as they kiss in front of their closest family and friends, standing by a huge wonderwall of flowers, moments after saying 'I do' and exchanging their Lorraine Schwartz wedding bands.
Also revealed in all its glory, is Kim's exquisite wedding dress.
The mermaid-silhouette gown that featuring delicate white lace was custom-made by Givenchy Haute Couture.
Small panels of a sheer lace decorated the arm and also accentuated her slimmed down waist.
The backless dress was long-sleeved with a train, while a dramatic flowing white cathedral-length silk veil completed the look. The bride's hair was worn loose and long, with her make-up restrained and flawless.

Guests stood as Kim came face to face with her fiancé, who wore a black custom-made Givenchy suit.
The couple gazed at one another as the vows were said under the direction of Rich Wilkerson Jr, a pastor from North Miami.
Kim's bridesmaids, her sisters Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie were all dressed in white, although their dresses did not match.
They sat front row next to mother-of-the-bride Kris Jenner, also in white, and Bruce Jenner, who like most of the male guests wore a black suit.
Grandmother Kris held baby North on her lap, while Kourtney had little Penelope on hers.

And in the first wedding pictures, Kim's adorable daughter is seen watching as her parents walk down the aisle after getting married.
Speaking moments after the ceremony to E! News, who film the family's reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kris said she was 'beyond bursting with happiness for Kim, Kanye and baby North'.
'Such a magical, romantic wedding!' she added. 'I feel blessed to have my new son and his family as part of ours.'
And Kanye seemed equally ebullient, with a source telling MailOnline he gave an eight-minute speech to the gathered guests.
'I just wanna stop the music a second 'cos my baby's coming back with a new dress on. Here she is - Kim Kardashian West,' he said, introducing his bride.
After the ceremony, the guests broke bread together sitting family style on a 70-metre-long marble banquet table - a gift from master craftsman Gualtiero Vannelli who used marble from the Tuscan quarry in Carrara, according to Us Weekly.

Wiz Khalifa Addresses His Jail Selfie

Wiz Khalifa Addresses His Jail Selfie

Wiz Khalifa recently made headlines after he was arrested for marijuana possession in Texas and tweeted a selfie when he was still in custody. In an interview at the SoundSet Music Festival in Minnesota over the weekend, Khalifa revealed that he duped a police officer to gain access to the phone, saying that he needed to tell his wife Amber Rose about the arrest.

When asked about the guard's reactions after he took photos and uploaded them to the internet, Khalifa said, "He was pissed." The rapper continued, "Shout out to Officer (name edited out in video). I shouldn't even said his name neither cause he don't want no one to know who he is. I just double (screwed) you now. I was like, 'Yo, can I get that phone, man? I really need to call my wife. I gotta tell her what happened.' And then he gave me the phone and I was like, 'Selfie.' "

The "Young, Wild & Free" rapper, who was released in time for the festival, also talked about the arrest onstage. "I'm gonna ride for y'all. The same way y'all ride for me. Same way when y'all heard I was in that cell and y'all went on Twitter and y'all said, 'Free Chuck/Wiz'... y'all better believe I snuck my cell phone in there for that s**t. I wasn't going to miss out on the people who really care about me," he told the crowd.

Khalifa, whose real name is Cameron Thomaz, was arrested at the El Paso International Airport on early Sunday morning, May 25 for bringing 0.5 grams of marijuana. He was released on a $300 bail.

"Mr. (Cameron) Thomaz was placed under arrest after he was found to have a small amount of marijuana as he passed through a TSA Checkpoint at the airport," El Paso police said in a statement to ABC-7. "While in custody he asked to use his phone to call a relative. The handling officer allowed Mr. Thomaz to make that call and during that time he used that opportunity to take the pictures. To be clear, given the circumstances of this case it would not be uncommon to honor such a request."

Former world's heaviest man dies aged 48 after years confined to specially-made bed

A Mexican man once listed as the world's heaviest human being died Monday at the age of 48.

Manuel Uribe had slimmed down to about 867 pounds, well below his then-record peak weight of 1,230 pounds, which was certified in 2006 as a Guinness World Record.

Uribe's death was confirmed by an official of the health department of Nuevo Leon state, where the city of Monterrey is located.
Uribe had been confined to his bed in Monterrey for years, unable to walk on his own.

The official, who was not authorized to be quoted by name, said Uribe had been taken to the hospital on May 2 because of an abnormal heartbeat.

He had to be taken to the hospital with a crane by emergency and civil defense workers.
Doctors have not yet certified the cause of death. In addition to the cardiac condition, Uribe was also believed to have suffered from liver problems.

Uribe married Claudia Solis in 2008, and the wedding was one of the few times he left his home in recent years.
After years of diet, exercise and medical care, Uribe, had lost more than 550 pounds by the ceremony.
He had hoped to walk down the aisle, but despite his dramatic weight loss, he was transported to the ceremony on a flatbed truck and remained in his custom-made bed, according to The Associated Press.
Uribe shed tears during the ceremony and embraced his then-38-year-old bride for a 'first dance' but didn't indulge in wedding cake.
'He didn't break his diet,' Uribe's mother said.
'I have a wife and will form a new family and live a happy life,' Uribe told reporters before the ceremony for 400 guests.
He had been married prior to Solis, when he weighed 280 pounds, Uribe was married.

Groom: Uribe, then-43, gives a thump up while being driven in a forklift to his wedding
But as he grew more obese, he said the relationship grew increasingly difficult.
'She asked me for a divorce,' he said. 'I was very depressed.'
Uribe was a chubby kid, weighing more than 250 pounds as an adolescent. Starting in 1992, he said, his weight began ballooning further.
In 2007, Uribe told ABC News: 'I had an obesity problem for many years, a very significant one. I was gaining and gaining weight. I was on every diet you can imagine.'
'I used to eat normal, just like all Mexicans do... beans, rice, flour tortilla, corn tortilla, French fries, hamburgers, subs and pizzas, whatever regular people eat. I worked as a technician, repairing typewriters, electronic calculators and computers. So I worked on a chair. It was a sedentary life,' he said.
But his weight got out of hand. Since the summer of 2002, Uribe had been bedridden, relying on his mother and friends to feed and clean him.

Lionel Messi is Barcelona's Solution- Neymar

Lionel Messi is Barcelona's Solution- Neymar

Neymar says Lionel Messi is a "solution" for Barcelona "not a problem."Long-time Barca talisman Messi had a strange end to the club season, signing a new improved long-term contract at the Camp Nou club, but also suggesting he could move on should his contribution not be fully appreciated by everyone in the Blaugrana family.
His younger teammate told Esporte Espetacular that he could not accept that anyone was doubting what Messi could do on the pitch.
"Everyone can have their own opinion," Neymar said. "But he is the best player I have ever seen. I have never known a player with this gift for playing football like this. I will always defend Messi tooth and nail. I believe he was not a problem for us, but a solution."
Argentina captain Messi is now with his national team preparing for the upcoming World Cup. Speaking from that camp Barca utility man Javier Mascherano told La Nacion that the 2013/14 club season might have been disappointing for the four time Ballon D'Or winner, but he was in a positive mood now.
"I do not see Leo subdued, not at all," Mascherano said. "On a personal level he is living one of the best moments of his life. Sometimes things go for you, sometimes not. The group did not have the level of previous seasons. You do not need to look any more into it. He needs a team who can support him so that he can shine."
The former Liverpool player said that Argentina had an attacking identity with Messi alongside Gonzalo Higuain and Sergio Aguero in attack but Albiceleste coach Alejandro Sabella was still looking for the defensive balanced required.
"A team always has an identity, but this identity has to fit with the opponent you are going to face," Mascherano said. "Football is like that. To die with your idea. We play with three natural number nines. They are not wingers. They have a spectacular offensive power, but also in many moments the team is anarchic. The coach will know how to look for balance."
Neymar said he has spoken with Messi about the upcoming World Cup.
"Yeah, we talk about it. I tell him, 'I wish you all the luck in getting to the final, but you are going to lose.' He laughs," Neymar said.

North Korean Supreme Leader 'Kim Jong Un' executes Engineers behind collapsed building that killed 500

North Korean Supreme Leader 'Kim Jong Un' executes Engineers behind collapsed building that killed 500

According to two Chinese newspapers, North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un ordered the execution by firing squad of 4 design and construction engineers who built the 23-storey building that collapsed in the capital of Pyongyang on May 13th 2014 leading to the death of about 500 people.
92 families lived in the building as at the time it collapsed and most of the people killed were top intelligence and security officials.
Kim Jong Un gave a rare public apology to North Koreans after the collapse occurred and ordered an inquiry. The four engineers were reportedly executed last week.

The main cause of the building collapse remains unclear but shoddy construction is said to be a likely cause because onsite directors and workers often smuggle out steel and cement to sell in black market
The 'supreme dictator' as he is called has been reported to execute anyone who falls short of his expectations, including members of his own family.
